    Mercury Glass Knobs
Having always loved mercury glass, I immediately loved these. I purchased these in store and the sales associate grabbed more from the back so I was able to get as many as I needed. They were larger than I had expected, but in a good way. I installed them myself using my hands. My husband thought a wrench would help but they tightened just fine with fingers. I did not see any cracking or breaking. There is a thin circular piece that sits between the knob and the cabinet, and this was a little flimsy. I don't see that as necessarily a bad thing, especially if it doesn't sit flush against the cabinet to begin with, you can manipulate this piece so it does. I can see how the glass could break if you knocked it with something hard and heavy. But then, any item made out of glass would break in that situation.

    Beautiful accessories!
My bathroom has been newly remodeled, green tile and glass, light gray green walls and cream cabinetry. These knobs along with your lovely Coat of Arms mirror work beautifully to pull the bathroom together artistically. Thanks, Anthro!

Beautiful way to dress up cabinets.
I bought these to replace knobs on my kitchen cabinets. They look beautiful and give a lot of character to otherwise plain cabinets. I noticed some reviewers had a hard time tightening them. I don't know if they've changed the design or not, but we noticed there were two screws-one of them tightened the knob so it doesn't turn around, and the other is used for attaching to the cabinet. The knobs are solid and don't turn at all. Very happy with the purchase.

    perfect addition to the kitchen
My wife shops at Anthro but I've always loved the aesthetic of the Anthropologie stores. I've been eying this piece for awhile and decided to finally buy it for my kitchen. I read the reviews most of which are in regards to how it doesn't mount to the wall properly. I suspected that it just wasn't being hung correctly... and I was right. Don't expect to hang this on a nail, yes it will swivel. I used a molly and phillips head screw. The screw head fits perfectly into the notch on the backside and is ridiculously snug--even with pressure the octopus does not move or swivel. Took me about two minutes to install--looks great! We use it for our aprons.

    Perfect for jewelry
I bought this because I have a love for all things from the sea - my closet has a few different wall hangings for my jewelry and scarves and this fits in perfectly. My husband hung it for me, and I don't have any problems with it shifting on the wall. I do wish that the arm hooks came out farther so that I could stack more, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. I have bracelets on it now, but will probably switch over to necklaces instead.

    VERY cool looking!
We are doing sort of a beach/sea theme in our master bath. I saw this hook while I was hunting for cabinet knobs. I decided it would be perfect for our bathroom, to hang our robes & towels on. It is VERY cool looking! It's cute enough for the girly side of our bathroom, as well as manly enough for my husband. If that makes sense?! It is expensive, but it's so unique I couldn't pass it up~

Just so much better than expected -
I had my eyes on these for many many months and always had them in the back if my mind for my ideal "look" - I just couldn't bring myself to pay for shipping because, from the photo, they looked kinda flimsy and I couldn't decide quality. In any case, I always looked for them in every A store (plus 'knock offs') I traveled to online as well. When I finally found them on-site at a random not-near-me anthro location ........ I was mad at myself for waiting! These are GREAT quality and worth the shipping fee. Fabulously heavy and solid - much much better quality then you'd even need. They look just as wonderful in person as in the sites photos + great, great quality. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and more upset that I waited 6+ Months. WORTH THE BUY! PS: photo quality gives no credit!

This is the prettiest switchplate I have ever seen! I used one for the lightswitch in our bathroom, and it's amazing how much a little detail like this can change the look! It's so much better than the standard ecru-colored switchplates that come in most houses. Our bathroom is decorated with ornate vintage-y black and white items, with deep sand-colored walls, and this was perfect for the decor. I love the way the color contrasts with the wall paint. The quality is great, although, like the other poster mentioned, I do think there was a little problem with getting one of the screws to match up. (My husband installed it, so I'm a bit fuzzy on the details, but I do know that it's hanging perfectly on the wall now, where I expect it to hang indefinitely.) I would definitely recommend this item!

    beautiful "vintage" piece
These are beautiful - they look AWESOME with light or dark painted walls. I painted our hallway Valspar "agave blue" the past weekend and added the 3 switch plate cover and it looks absolutely amazing. almost like a piece of art! I also used one in a guest bathroom that has the marta stewart "vintage map" paint and looks great too. they are expensive...esp. if you have a lot of covers, but I would say to use them strategically. don't use them when a piece of furniture is covering...and i would just use them in higher traffic areas so they make a difference! the only reason why quality is 4 stars, is that I sometimes had difficultly lining up the screws exactly - eventually i was able to get it, but it look some trial and error and a little bit of adjusting. Other than that, they are perfect!

    Love it!
We have just built a new log cabin in the woods and I saw this doorknocker. How beutiful it is. The only thing is that I bought it as a x-mas present and have not seen it on the door yet. I can not wait. It is exactly what we were looking for.

    Finally, I own it.
I have held this item in my hand so many times.. FINALLY, I OWN a place to put it. It is smaller than when I first saw it online. I am so glad that I have it though. I will cherish it for many years to come.

    Great but shipped without screws
This is very cute, and I'm very happy with it, but it was shipped without screws to attach it to the door, which seemed either careless, or strange.

    Pretty hooks
I bought two of these for my curtains to sit in while open and they look great! Very simple and pretty. My only issue is that they move easily on the screw, so sometimes they turn to the side and don't stay totally flat against the wall.

    it came with a screw!
I bought this hook on a whim, since I needed a cheap product to round out my online order for a better shipping price. I thought a decorative hook would help be de-clutter my bedside table, since I have a bad tendency to just toss whatever jewellery I'm wearing onto it at the end of the day. I've now installed it above my bedside table and hang my bracelets and necklaces on it. It's a very large hook, feels substantial, and IT CAME WITH A SCREW! I fully expected it not to because of the other reviews, but it did! I am very, very satisfied.

    Simple and Elegant
This hook fits perfectly in the space that I intended for it to go. I put it on a cabinet beside my kitchen sink and hang a pot holder and oven mitt on it. It is made of sturdy black metal, yet it is light enough to stick it to the wall with a command strip if you want to! (which is what I have done temporarily). Very handy! (but doesn't come with screws)

    next stop, 1942
I don't know why, but this hook makes me think of the 40's. That's probably not an accurate era, but something about the design of this hook takes me back to a time I never knew, but imagine often. The color of the aqua knobs are so lovely and the metal is nice and dark. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but I just didn't visualize the dimensions accurately (my fault). Regardless, it is a super cute and classy hook that dresses up the wall in a snap with an industrial vintage appeal.

    Dish towel hook
Bought this when the off-white nubby ceramic hook was available. Attached it to the lower back inside corner of the kitchen cabinet near the ktchen sink. The hook is perfect for a dish towel to be hung over the top part of the brass; or you could use the inside "u" part. In the past, the handle on the over range held the dish towel; however, at one point the towel almost caught fire, so the towel is in a fire proof, more useful spot on a decorative hook.

    Mom wants more!
My parents are building a new house, so I gave my Mom a pair of these in Linen for Christmas. They moved into the house this weekend, and she just called me to ask how she could get a few more for the mudroom! Glad to see they're still available. The knobs are a lovely creamy white, which contrasts nicely with the rustic bronze-y metal. They're rustic, but not shabby.

    Worth it!
I've had my eye on this for a few months but was hesitant because: A. It seemed a expensive B. I read the reviews about it arriving with broken hooks so they probably weren't going to last a long time. I went to the local store to take a look at them up close and they are very nice. The wood varies with every rack. Overall, very nice weathered look. The construction is very simple and I was tempted to build it myself but after pricing the hooks individually through a local hardware store, it just wouldn't be worth the trouble. I finally took the plunge and bought it in the store and I LOVE it in my home. Exactly what I needed. If a hook breaks, its an easy fix. Also, some people complained about it not having any hardware. There are two slots/holes in the back for you to hang it on two screws. You don't need much... 2 screws, a screwdriver and possibly 2 anchors if you're hanging it on drywall. Really simple.

GREAT Hook Rack! Holds up well!
I was a little worried about this hook rack because of a previous review but I couldn't find anything else that I liked. I knew I needed something extremely sturdy because my stuff is heavy. I figured if I didn't like it, I could return it... But I LOVE this hook rack!! It fits perfect on our wall and is VERY sturdy. We have coats, purses (large and heavy), laptop bags (with computer), scarves, keys, etc. ALL on this rack! It has held up VERY well! I am very very happy!!!

    just what I had hoped!
I had my eye on this piece for a full year before deciding to splurge and purchase it. It is generously sized and very sturdy and the perfect design blend between simplicity and interest. I love that the hooks are not all the same type and yet it's a modest, subtle piece that is just as functional as it is beautiful. If you are very particular or prefer a modern look, keep in mind that this is a rough and rustic piece, so the wood is accordingly not all symmetrical, which I personally love. We use it for coats/tote bags/dog leash in our entryway and it has been the perfect solution! Definitely recommend.
