My first review and for an item that I will wear non-stop. I had been putting off buying/wearing a jean jacket for fear I could not pull it off. Whoa! was I wrong!! This jacket is so versatile, I have worn it with jeans (of-course), full and maxi skirts, tuxedo and linen pants so far, and have only owned it for 2 weeks. The crafting of the stitching creates slimming lines which draws the eyes to a reveal a smaller waist. The leather end tabs give a distinct touch of quality, I love how soft and yet sturdy this jacket feels. Most of all, as mentioned previously, I love the inside pockets which are perfect for phone, car key and small coin purse for that quick run into the store. I did go up a size, normally a medium. 5'1" 38DD I wanted ease of buttoning when I felt like it and the ability to raise my arms easier to get items off higher shelves. Also, after some debate I did not order the petite option, the 1-inch difference wasn't enough for me to be without this jacket any-longer, I for one like longer arm length to cover my wrists and not be just at or above them. This jacket is my new favorite wardrobe staple. Love It!!!

Best Fit Ever!
I Love This Jacket! My daughter and I went to Anthro today and she grabbed this jacket on the way to the dressing room. I have been wanting a denim jacket with an updated fit and look for years, but frankly had given up. I saw her try on the XS and fell in love! I tried a S and it fit perfectly! This jacket is cut high in the back and has absolutely no extra bulk...it just fits and flares along with your natural curves every inch of the way. There is 2% Spandex, so the sleeves are not vices on your arms and it just feels perfect. There are lots of subtle details in the pockets, collar and leather tabs. Really, this is an amazing buy, as it is very flattering.
The extra small was slightly tight in the bustline for my daughter, so she is ordering the Petite S online, which she hopes will fix that issue. I have a 34D bust and the S fits just fine.

No need to look any further
If you are on the hunt for the perfect, and I mean perfect denim jacket, this is it. Perfect color, perfect details, perfect fit. Buy it. Now.
This is what I have been looking for and now I've found it! A fresh take on the moto jacket style for a petite who does not need extra bulk anywhere. This will take the place of an extra layer on the plane and in restaurants for a/c. It looks tailored enough for casual wear but can be dressed up. I call this "elegant casual!" Wow, am I happy to have found this.
Other reviewers seemed displeased that the fabric is thin... I don't think so. The texturing gives it body and it is designed so well that it hangs perfectly. I wear a Large petite and this jacket cardi fits perfectly! Call me a pleased shopper!

chick and practical
I'm surprised this jacket has not gotten more attention. I first saw it in the store, and fell in love with it right away. It is incredibly versatile, stylish, warm and very comfy. I wear it with dresses and pants, and enjoy its texture and coziness. It is soft, so the collar does not stay stiff, as some other reviewer mentioned but it does not take away from the look. It runs true to size, even on the generous side, and on my hourglass figure (5.7 160 lb for reference). it is slimming and befitting. A very lovely piece I'll enjoy for a long time. So far it wears and washes well. I just reshape it on the flat surface after machine washing it, and it is ready to go.

so much cuter than pictured
I wouldn't call it a Moto jacket at all. It is more of a cute, different cardigan type jacket. The texture is perfect for spring. Looks good totally unzipped or all the way zipped for 2 completely different looks. Arms are pretty long, but rolled up sleeve is very cute too. I am 5-8 and a DD and it hangs perfect. Already my go to piece and i normally try not to pay full price, but worth every dollar. I get tons of complements
I went to my local store to purchase the Maeve picnic days tee in the watermelon print. While I was there, I decided to look around and found this jacket. It first caught my attention because the fabric is VERY soft and the mint color is very pretty and different from what I typically wear. I don't usually like to pay full-price for things like this, but the mint color coordinated so well with the watermelon print tee that I tried them on together...and they look fabulous! I leave the tee untucked, and since the jacket is a bit cropped, the print really stands out underneath the jacket. The fit is also very good. It looked small on the hanger, so I originally tried on the medium, but it was too big, I purchased the small, which fits great (although the sleeves are much longer on me than the model in the picture). I actually have to cuff the sleeves just slightly to get them to hit at my wrist. Overall, I am thrilled with the purchase and think these two pieces make a great outfit. For reference, I am 5'5", 135-140 lbs, and 34C bust.

Adorable blazer, very soft and comfortable. I found it to run tts. My usual size small fit perfectly. It has a nice fitted shape, not boxy. Only complaint is that the sleeves are a little long on me but otherwise perfect. I did not purchase the petite as I liked the length of the jacket. I purchased in gray and will probably also purchase the navy.

great jacket, great color
Really love the grey color, and it is nice and soft. I went down to a small so it was more fitted in the arms. The right lapel doesn't quite lay flat (maybe the button is slightly in the wrong spot?) but that is my only complaint
I love this kimono!! The fabric is beautiful and it is cute with jeans or even a dress.

This is SILK (NOT cotton/rayon)!
It's a lovely concept, and well-executed. The silk is fine, but I'm becoming a textile snob, and generally prefer textiles from India, over China. While I wish Anthro offered more products made in USA, I definitely LOVE Indian textiles. Workmanship is typically excellent. What the first reviewer said is true; you may very well need someone to help you figure out how to put this on. At first the saleswomen in my local store had a hard time figuring it out, and when I was checking it out, one came over to me and showed me how to wear it. It does hug your shoulders, so is a thoughtful design for this type of garment concept. I have not worn mine yet, but it is a very pretty piece.

This kimono takes a pair of dress jeans and tee from day to night with a classic flare in fashion. Could go with all white, as well, and look stunning. Very comfortable to wear due to the design that makes it hug the shoulders. You may need someone in store to show you the proper way to put it on as it doesn't come to mind by just looking at it straight on. Sooooo worth the price!!!
When I read the only review on this item, I was intrigued. I loved the piece, and the other reviewer did, too, but she thought it needed to be worn by a tall, slender person. That's me AND I LOVE THIS PIECE! I can wear it with jeans, a nice skirt and even over a simple dress. Truly elegant, and I feel pretty when I wear it!! Just lovely!
I bought this scarf with the full knowledge that i could 100% make something similar with my own hands. Basically, it's a giant scarf manipulated to attach at certain parts using braided thread to form a vest, and $88 is definitely on the steep side for something homemakeable. BUT. This garment is absolutely gorgeous. The colors and the patterns are so beautiful and the draping is so flattering and unique that I have no regrets over money lost. I would rather own this beauty than homemake a second rate version any day. Wearing it right now as a I type. A gorgeous take on a duster-type vest that's cool in the humidity of my Southern state.
I'm 5'7" and this hits me at the middle of the backs of my calves.
Anthro has always carried the pilcro denim jacket in a variety of washes...every one of them is AMAZING. But FINALLY and just in time for summer, they came out with a WHITE DENIM JACKET! So so excited about this! The jacket runs a little small in the arms, but there is TONS of stretch (and I have bigger arms). I can usually wear a large, but I definitely needed an XL in this one. Its a bit cropped and has tons of super cool details to it...just like the regular pilcro denim jacket. I highly recommend this jacket. It will definitely be a summer staple! THANK YOU ANTHRO!
