    One of the Pack
I'm always looking for hair products to make my fine hair look thicker and fuller. I decided to try the Rahua shampoo and conditioner since I've read so much about it. It worked just as well as the s&c's that are 3/4 the price as these. If it would have been cheaper, I would have given it 5 stars. Nothing in here that makes it stand out above the others.

I am on speaking terms with my hair/scalp again
Wow. First off, I live in pretty harsh weather conditions so my hair and scalp need all the moisture they can get. On top of that, I have very sensitive skin and it carries over to my scalp. I had an unbearable case of dry scalp and nothing worked longterm. I tried the scalp focused lines of Head and Shoulders, Selsum Blue, Redken, Nioxin, Kevin Murphy, Giovanni, et cetera... literally everything. I even did a baking soda/vinegar rinse as a substitute for shampoo/conditioner and slept with ... read more jojoba oil in my scalp every night for awhile. I saw the Rahua line on Anthro and had never heard of it before. I did some research and decided to give into my sinful tendency of buying things all the time. I used both the shampoo and conditioner and after the first use, my scalp was whole again. I was skeptical and used it for another two weeks to observe the longterm effects of the duo. Still good. It has been over two months and I am a believer. Yes, it is pricey, but do not waste your money on products that almost work and simply leave harmful chemicals clogged in your pores. This stuff works and it is really all natural. I do not mind paying for quality and fairness in a product as long as it delivers. My medium length, ultra thick, uncolored, slightly coarse brown hair is shiny, bouncy, and most importantly healthy. The one limitation is that the shampoo and conditioner makes my hair oily more quickly. It might be hard to get used to at first, but at least my hair is moisturized. :) I cannot quite explain the scent... It is warm and buttery. Definitely not floral or fruity, but more woodsy. I wish I had a lifetime supply...

Absolutely love this product. I have thick course hair and I use this along the perimeter of my hair to keep it from frizzing. I get best results when I apply this product and then tie my edges down with a scarf while I continue getting dressed. Once ready to leave home or get out of my car I then take off the scarf. The pressure from scarf keeps the hair slicked back for a longer period of time.

    Love this so much!
I have long thick hair that can get frizzy in the summer. This has really helped keep down the frizz and my hair has never looked better. I don't have to style it as much now. I love this stuff!

    the much praised Mason Pearsonhairbrush
I love reading fashion and beauty magazines and I have often read stylists singing praises of the Mason Pearson hairbrush. Now that my hair is past my shoulders after growing it out from a pixie cut I decided to see what all the fuss is about. Antho is offering two models, both of which are made of a mix of nylon and boar bristles, which the company recommends for normal to thick hair. I ordered the pocket brush because I wanted to see if the brush is worth it before ordering the more expensive ... read more full-size model. The pocket size is definitely a pocket brush. The total length is just over 6 inches long, perfect for tucking into a purse. The handy brush is 8 and 1/2 inches long. I am still in disbelief that I paid $100 for a hairbrush but it really does feel nice to use.

A wonderful brush worth the expense
There are no brushes that remotely compare to Mason Pearson brushes. I just bought a new Mason Pearson brush to replace my last Mason Pearson brush which lasted 17 years before the bristles started falling out. They are very high quality and last a long time and are easy to clean. I have fine, slightly wavy hair and have a huge problem with knots. When I was a kid having my hair brushed was awful because it was painful- until my mom bought her first Mason Pearson brush which changed everything. ... read more The brush gets knots out pretty easily without damaging my hair. I've used other brushes and they are all terrible in comparison- getting stuck in my knots and breaking my hair when I try to brush them out. I highly recommend spending the money on one of these especially because they do last a very long time and are so much more gentle than other brushes.

quality brush but not worth the price
I read about Mason Pearson's legendary hairbrush when Drew Barrymore's stylist mentioned it in Lucky Magazine and had been debating over purchasing since. I finally decided to buy after receiving a gift card. While it's a high quality brush and does a good job, I just don't see how it's worth the money. My hair looks good but it's not amazing. Would recommend if you have extra cash but I wouldn't say it's totally worth the investment.
