    Perfection…and, yes, size down.
This dress fit me like a glove. I'm not alone, either - check out the rave reviews posted by women of all ages, shapes and sizes! I am 5'4", 125 pounds, 34D, very short-waisted and athletic but curvy. I am normally a size 6, but finally settled on the size 4 regular after trying the 6P. It hits about 2-3 inches below my knees, which is both flattering and a pleasant alternative to my other dresses, which are either mini or full-length. The smaller size just feels better and I think the closer fit helps the lace detail pop a bit more. The nude colored slip/lining also alleviated any modesty issues I had with respect to the "peekaboo" detailing throughout the bodice. It might look like you're showing a lot of skin, but it certainly doesn't feel like it once you're wearing it. It's classy and it's sexy, which is usually more than you can ask of a dress at this price point. Bonus: my flesh-colored bra is virtually undetectable, which is key given my cup size and the fact that I have 2 young kids.

    My go-to dress!
I was at the Seattle Anthro and not having any luck with finding a dress for my class reunion. I came across this dress in 12P as a return on the lost & found rack. I tried many other dresses on that day, but after this one, I was sold! It was a bit pricey for me, but trust me, it has been well worth it. I was worried about the lace tearing/being too fragile, but it has held up wonderfully with no problems. So classy and it fits me just about perfectly. It hits me just at the middle of my knee. Don't let the price deter you, it is well worth it! For reference, I am not a tiny lady -- 5'2", 165lb, 36DD.

I would get married in this dress.
I went into my local Anthro store with my sister looking for something else, but saw this dress and had to "just try it on" in white. I'm normally a size 6, but there was only a 4 available in the store. I wasn't planning on purchasing, but once it was on, I didn't want to take it off. I happily paid full price, and my sister and I continued to gush about this dress the entire 20 minute drive home from the store. This dress is GORGEOUS. Even though you're completely covered, it's so figure-flattering and sexy. Definitely a head-turner. I've worn this twice and received many compliments from friends and strangers. It is expensive, but the quality is so good that I see it as an investment. It does run a bit big, so if you're in between sizes, size down. I'm sure a size 6 (if I had been patient enough to wait) would have been fine, but I liked the extra "va-va-voom" I got with the 4. I love the dress in white and am tempted to get it in another color as well! For reference, I am 5'5", 34C, and usually a size 6.

    Can't wait to wear!
Loved this from the moment I saw it. I am slender, but curvy. I took a medium and a small in the dressing room with me as I can easily be either size. I tend to try on the larger size first, but when I held it up, it looked way too wide so I skipped it and went for the small. It fit me just like the model. So unlike many of the other reviews, I think this runs slightly large. From the front, the waist tucks in and creates a nice silhouette, but from the back, it's a little more "bag" like. Maybe it's not the most flattering in the world from the back, but I don't mind it and I wear what I like and don't think about what others might say. It felt very comfortable. It is on the shorter side, but I can still pull it off for my office job. Super cute for summer, office to dinner, etc. Also will be perfect to throw on for errands or anything else on the weekend. I can already tell this will be a popular dress for me this summer! I highly recommend it!

    SO CUTE
I wore this recently paired with knee-high black gladiator sandals and I felt like quite the fashionista! I am 5'4 with 34D and I bought a small and it fits perfectly. LOVE the pockets!

    Super cute LBD
purchased this dress in size L, and the fit is pretty generous. I never thought i could actually fit into dresses of this brand! ha! anyway, the fabric is low maintenance, which i like. it has pockets and a word of caution, it is short. so beware tall ladies. i am so glad i got a regular L and not an LP and i'm only 5'3.5". for reference i generally wear a size 14. measurements are 42-32-42 and this dress fit great, have worn it a few times and received my fair share of complements. it lends itself to an infinite selection of accessories, which makes this dress so versatile. My only issue with the dress is that it forms a weird poof on the back. but i can overlook that because it's so cute from the front! measurements of L from underarm to underarm is 24". from underarm to hem 24.5"

Stripes & Flowers for spring - FTW!
I saw this dress online & loved the colors/pattern. Went to my local anthro to check it out & despite that fact that I'm usually a 0P/00P in anthro dresses, I decided to try on the regular 0. So glad I did too! The length was perfect - the shortest sections hit just below my knee (I'm 5'0") and would be just right when seated. I imagine the petite to possibly be a little too revealing. It hugged my hips nicely & the top filled out well (I'm 30DD). I think the petite may have been too tight & prevented me from fully rotating my shoulders. The only issue I had with the top was since it's double layered (nice), the in-seam at the bust almost gives a pointy Madonna-esque look. I figured with some steaming I could flatten those out....also the cashier had just bought the same dress & said she steamed it for the same reason which helped, along with wearing a more push-up type bra. Beautiful dress - excited to wear it to a few spring weddings!

    Serendipity!
I have been desperately searching for a dress to wear to an event in a week, and ventured to my local Anthro in hopes of finding something and also taking advantage of the 20% dress discount. Enter this perfect number! It fits exactly as I had hoped it would--fitted through the torso, nipping in at the smallest point of my waist and flaring out in a fun flirty and twirly skirt. The woman in the dressing room brought me some open-toe black boots to try on with it and the whole look is PERFECTION. I'll layer my cropped black leather jacket with it till the weather warms but I love how versatile, comfortable and put-together the whole look is. Plus the booties and leather jacket toughen it up a bit. A few quick product notes: I am a stickler for detail and noticed a few hanging threads. No big deal but I'm a detail person. Also, if you have any kind of tummy, this dress will definitely emphasize it because of the stripes and construction. I am hyper aware of this issue as I am a year out from my last baby, and have only recently felt comfortable wearing things that are more body-con. I can also see why some reviewers felt this ran small--I am smaller chested and narrower on top so my regular Anthro 4 fit great. With a push-up bra the darts fit nicely. If I had been even a few weeks back when I was still carrying a bit more weight I probably would've opted for the 6, but in order for this dress to shine it really does need to be fitted on top.

This product has a good fit
I have a hard time finding dresses and this one fits great. The pictures on the website do not do this dress justice, but it is beautiful in person. It was exciting to find a form fitting dress towards the top with a flowy bottom! The dress was shorter towards the front with it shifting heights at the bottom. I got a petite size and even with my height it went a little above my knees. It also has perfect coverage, wish it came in different patterns and colors though; it is still gorgeous! planning to wear it to a dinner/ dance party, but can also be worn in a more casual setting.

    Petites run very short-waisted
I first fell in love with this dress in the catalog shot and tried on my usual size 2 in store, but it was clearly too big in the bust and long in the shoulders. This problem is typical for me as a petite--5'2", straight and athletic figure--so I ordered the 2P. Unfortunately, the petite size is tight in the waist (where I'm proportionally larger) and noticeably short-waisted. I actually am short-waisted myself, albeit with a long torso, but the petite dress's waistline hit above my high natural waist. Combined with the shorter length, it felt childish and babydoll-like. To get the right fit I'd have to purchase the size 2 and get it professionally altered, so I'll wait for sale. A few other notes about the dress itself: every dress has a slightly different pattern layout, and in most of them the dot centered on the v-neck is NOT centered (i.e. like the model shots but not like the perfect catalog shot). Also, there are pockets hidden in the front where the two different pattterns meet in the skirt, not on the side seam as I initially expected.

    Flattering!
I have a full hour glass figure and sometimes it's difficult to find something that will flatter that. This dress is PERFECT on me! It defines my waist and flares out nicely to accent my curvy hips. I know some reviews said it runs big, but I got my usual size 10 and it fit wonderfully. I love the way they mixed the patterns and how they placed them on the dress. It's not overwhelming at all, and I think the v-neck helps break it up a bit. Also, the length is spot on for me, I'm 5'5" and it hits about an inch above the knee. I plan on wearing it to a graduation with wedges, and then a little more casually to a bridal shower during the summer with sandals. I can't wait to wear this!

    Adorable dress
I purchased this in store in a size 2. This is my usual dress size (5'4" 125lbs 34B). This hits at my knee and is not too tight on the bust/waist. The front is cut low enough to be flattering, but is still work appropriate. The fabric is a crisp cotton. This dress has a burgundy lining with black scallop threading trim and front pockets. This has the right amount of full skirt (not too big). I can see this easily working in warmer weather as the fabric is light weight. I wore it with a black cropped cardigan, black tights and boots today in the dead of winter, so I can see getting a lot of use out of this dress. Love how the pattern looks on the sides of the dress. Hope they make this dress in a lot of different patterns.

    Pineapple Express!
If you love lace and you love cream, this is your dream dress. It may look girly in the photo but I think it's very appropriate for all occasions. Believe me when I say it is a very versatile piece. To make it casual, add a brown belt, flats, and denim jacket. For a more serious look, add a structured belt and bag. So many possibilities with this dress. I bought this in a regular size 6 (and not petite size) so that the hem would fall below my knees so prevent looking like a school girl and be more age appropriate. I love the pineapple print, and appreciate that every dress has consistent printing on it. It may look delicate but it's not, the fabric and the seams are very well structured. I think it can be a serious or a fun dress, and the versatility is what make our dollar stretch for this dress. I think for this dress, it's good to go to the store and try it on and have the sales associates help pair it with other accessories before purchasing. (P.S. It has pockets, major bonus!).

    beautfil dress
I was drawn to this dress because it is VERY similar to the Maeve Chelan dress that was sold during the '14 holidays. I own that dress so I knew this would fit well too. Plus, how can you say no to pineapples and pockets!? It fits really well! I got a size 2. I love the lady like length. Really a lovely piece that I think you could dress up or down. Don't hesitate to buy it! Hopefully it will hold up as well as the Chelan because I've worn that dress pretty hard (same lace mesh deal).

    Beautiful Dress!
This dress is true to size and SO flattering on! Hides any tummy issues beautifully. Wore it with cowboy boots to an event, and look forward to wearing it with sandals and flats this summer. The underlay is very sheer - so your strapless bra needs to be a perfect nude or you will see it. I am 5'7'' and 135 lbs and the 6 was perfect.

    Love it!
Was on a desperate search for an appropriate dress for my daughter's baby shower in LA. I knew it be warm even though it was the beginning of March. Had already looked around a few places and came up empty handed. Popped into Anthropologie an walked right into this dress! Normally I'd wait an order a petite because in only 5'1, but I liked the the just below the knee length on me with my chunky heels. I'm busty @ 136lb. But the size 8 fit perfect. I found a necklace with a mix of wooden & brass beads that went perfectly. It packed well too. Best part was the dress sale started the day after I bought it, and anthropologie gave me a credit back on my card! Easy!

New spin to little black dress
After trying on an arm load of clothes I put this dress on and had to resist the urge to leave the store wearing the dress. Stuffed a med size suit case for a wkd get away and could have gotten away with just this dress and my jean jacket. Wore it out to dinner one night, to a day at the zoo w/ Jean jacket sandals and then to cocktails later that night. It can be accessories a million different ways and is always comfortable. Washed and hung dry and didn't have to iron, no shrinkage. I did give a slight pull on the lace detail while wet to flatten but that's it. Wore it yesterday for errands and trip to mall with a yellow cardi for spring. The hem line curves up on each side to a bit above the knee. Enough to add a tiny leg show but still decent enough to wear to grandmas house. Im pear shape, 34B. The styling on this is perfect because it has a closer fit in the chest and shoulders where I'm small but is a bit roomier for areas that need more time at the gym (I know I'm not the only one). The print is just right to add interest but not be over powering and again hides VPL or 'other' issues. I am usually a 6/8 in tops and 8/10 in bottoms and the 6 fit perfect with a little room to move. I can slip it over my head without unzipping it. Could have maybe done a 4 but I don't like snug. Worth every penny but got mine at 20% off flash sale. Would buy another in different color if they had it.

    Love Love Love!
I randomly tried this dress on at my local Anthro and fell in love! It fits so well and is such fabulous quality and soft to the touch. I have not worn it yet, but can't wait to. It'll look great dressed down with a denim jacket and wedges or dressed up with some strappy heels. I usually don't like the hi/lo hem, but it works with this dress. It has a side zip which makes it pretty easy to slip over the head without messing up your hair and you don't have to open the top button. I'll post pics as soon as I wear it. Highly recommend!
