I am 5'1 and these jeans fit me PERFECTLY. They run true to size, I am usually a size 4 or 27 and ordered a 27 in these. They do not stretch out, but the material itself is stretchy and super comfortable. You will not regret buying these, they are definitely worth the money! I bought these in black and am considering buying another pair of denim.

I am a diehard AG Stevie ankle fan, but after trying these on in the store, decided that they were a must have. Like AG, they are made in the US, which is a huge plus in my opinion. The quality is great, and I know that someone is getting a proper wage to make them! I'm 5'3, and they hit right at my ankle. I'm going to preface the following by saying that I don't have much in the way of a bootie. The fit is nice, fabric is smooth, and hugs in the best way possible. Form fitting without feeling tight or restrictive. I found them to sit a little higher than most jeans. They felt snug without being tight, but after sitting or bending down, I found that they slid down a little at the back. For this reason, I really wish I had sized down. On me, I found that they sat higher in the front than they did at the back, so I think they would work best for someone with absolutely NO bootie...not necessarily skinny, just no bootie. Other than that, I am really happy with them. I haven't washed them yet, as I've only worn them once, but I do hope I'm able to shrink them a bit. FYI, I'm 5'3, size 10/12, and I got the 32...wish I had got the 31.

Finally found my perfect jeans!
These jeans are great! Not only are they super comfortable and the perfect dark denim color, but I did not need to hem them like I normally have to do with all of my other pants. I'm 5'4 and these jeans are the perfect length on me. They rest slightly below my ankle bone, making it possible to wear flats or heels. I just wanted to let all the other petite girls out there know that these jeans are the perfect length f you are looking for full-length jeans. If you wanted a more cropped jean (like the model in the picture) these jeans would have to be hemmed significantly.
I tried on these jeans on a whim, and was totally amazed at how wonderful they felt and how fantastic they looked on me. I was a little put off by the price, but luckily I had a coupon, so that helped a little. Now that I have had them for a few weeks, I will say that knowing how much I love them, I probably would have been ready to pay full price for them, even. The fabric is soft, the fit is extremely flattering, and these jeans are also just really, really comfortable. So, all in all, a winning combination! I am already thinking about saving up to buy another pair!
As far as the fit goes, I have other Pilcro pants and my usual size is a 28. I found these to be true to size in my case, since a 28 fits me perfectly. I am 5'2" but didn't get the petites, I have long legs and the regular length is a tad longer on me than shown in the photo, but I am fine with that.

Fantastic Jeans, Cute High Waist
I am a very petite person. I say I'm 5'2", but I'm a tiny bit shorter than that. These jeans fit in both my athletic thighs, as well as my super skinny ankles (I run distance, but am naturally petite. It's resulted in a hard to fit leg shape). They are incredibly skinny, which I like. The fabric is very high quality. You get what you pay for. It conforms to your figure, but holds its shape. The rise on these is just below my belly button, but it makes for a very flattering and secure line. Would also be cute with shorter tops, or tops tucked in! You may have to do a little dance to get these on, since the waistband is smaller than the butt.

Beautiful high risers!
I love these jeans but unlike the previous reviewer I did not find them true to size. I am ALWAYS a 26 in Pilcro- I have several pairs of different styles and washes, and I could barely pull these over my thighs in the 26. I sized up to a 27 and they fit like a glove, but still more snug than I would have expected. Luckily the Pilcro jeans always relax to your shape after the first wear, but be careful on sizing! Btw, I am 5'7" and 130lbs. Other than that the color is gorgeous in person- dark with some nice grayish fading. They look more expensive than they are because of the wash I think.
A lot to pay for jeans at a regular price but these are worth it. They are super comfortable, medium to low rise, fit at the hips without being baggy or too tight and actually on the loose size in the leg which is amazing to me having muscular thighs and calves. I had ordered down (24 P) based on reviews that these ran big but those were too tight and not flattering. I'd pretty much given up on liking these jeans till the 25P's arrived. These are keepers. My hips are 35". I'll wear these rolled up, they are too short for my liking unrolled.

also surprisingly good for curvy girls
I can't usually fit in designer jeans, even the largest size 32, being a size 14 curvy girl. Boyfriend jeans are usually not good at all on me because they are still tight in the waist/hip area (when they shouldn't be), but loose in the leg, which isn't flattering. These are the first designer boyfriend jeans I have ever tried on that I like on my curvy borderline plus-sized figure. They aren't too tight in the waist, they don't give me muffin-top, and the legs are slender and more fitted, and actually flattering! I am 5'6" tall, for reference. I tried them in a 32 without much hope but was pleasantly surprised! At last, a pair of boyfriend jeans I can actually wear and not look ridiculous or gigantic. I tried them with simple soft flat shoes, rolled them into one big cuff (instead of the little rolled cuff as shown in the photos online here), and wore a messy-tucked top and a long cardigan. Really nice slouchy spring look! Very happy! If you're a curvy girl, give these a try! I would also say these would work on shorter gals because the leg is more fitted than most boyfriends. Since they fit me, I would say that perhaps they run a little large...? I always thought the term "skinny boyfriend jean" was ridiculous, but now I understand!

Perfect for Athletic Build
I tried these jeans on because I am a HUGE fan of Paige Denim. I tried in my usual size of 28 but they were way too big around the waist, so I went down a size to 27. (I am 5-6, usually wear a size 4 or 6) My legs are very muscular and it is pretty hard for me to find jeans, as they are usually too tight around the thighs and too big around the waist.
These fit so well- though they are more snug on my legs than intended (not true "boyfriend" fit) they are in between a skinny and boyfriend jean for me.
I would highly recommend for anyone with an athletic build!
I am forever searching for the perfect pair of petite jeans and these are pretty close! I normally wear size 4 pants in relax fit and 6 pants in slim fit, and size 28 petite fits me very well. This is the first pair of jeans that actually fit me like it's tailored. The jeans provides a body contour fit without feeling too tight or too loose, especially in the waist (no muffin top, a total bonus!). These pants are perfect for those who have large calves like me because the cut below the knees tapers to a fitted calf. Even though the leg opening is small, it doesn't constrict my calves like most jeans. The stretch provides movement but doesn't stretch so much through the day that my jeans look several sizes larger. By the end of the day, the jeans still look curve hugging. I was torn between this pair and the ripped version, but I purchased these because they are more versatile (I can wear these to the office on casual Fridays). The price is a bit high but for a perfect pair of jeans, it will be a staple in my closet for many years.

I am 5 feet tall with hips and booty and these jeans are PERFECT!!! No bunching or pulling. The stretch also makes it comfortable to wear and mix and match with cute tops and shoes. These are the first pair of jeans I have found that fit and are flattering for a tiny frame and curvy bottom.

Love these jeans
These jeans are more than I'm usually willing to spend, but I had been eyeing them forever and when a birthday promo code gave me a slight discount, I decided to splurge a little. Totally worth it. The Stevies fit me like they were made for my body and are very flattering through the hips. They have just the right amount of stretch so that look fitted but without that stretchy leggings look, and they hardly stretch out between washings. (They do stretch a little, but I think some is inevitable.) I'm just barely 5'5", and on me they hit just below the ankle bone (so not a true ankle jean like in the photos, but that's okay with me). My only complaint is that there's not more color options because now that I"m a convert, I'd buy more, especially darker, less blue shades.
I'm a size 6 and these jeans (27) fit well. The 34" inseam is great for my 5'7" and the denim is a nice sturdy non-stretchy denim - like you used to be able to find everywhere. Although the price makes me wince, I'm buying a second pair because I know I'll wear the daylights out of these for the next several years. It is that rare that I can find a pair of non-skinny jeans that won't fade in the knees immediately, need to be washed after every wear, or be hemmed to wear without heels. Love these.

Great fit and true to size. Well worth the money for these go anywhere jeans. Relaxed fit, soft denim with a tiny bit of stretch to them. Definitely will need to be hemmed for petites.

BEST jeans ever!
Day in and day out these are the best. PLEASE offer in darker washes!!
I searched high and low for the perfect pair of white denim and finally found these! These are the perfect thickness, not see through like many white jeans, they sit a little higher on the waist which I love, and they have the prefect amount of stretch to them. I usually wear a 28 in denim but size up 1 size for white denim so a 29 was perfect in these! If they still have your size, go get them!

Great fit and detailing
This is my fourth pair of Pilcro Stet jeans -- please never stop carrying this style! Perfect mid-rise (I'm long-waisted, so I appreciate a bit extra coverage), perfect slim leg, perfect ankle length (I'm 5'8"). I love the unusual detail: a double seam down the outside of the leg that ends in a small curving slit.
One quibble: the color name Plumeria (now changed, I see, to Muted Plumeria) is not descriptive and is in fact confusing. Plumeria flowers are most commonly white with bright-yellow centers; these jeans are a pale stone gray. It's a very versatile color--just not what I would have expected from the color name.

I absolutely love these Pilcro pants, I have them in various colors from the past three summers, and love them all. Great for going out or wearing to work if dressed up and do not lose their shape. I love the detailing on the side for this seasons cropped jeans, please bring back more in more colors!
J brand, where were you all my (adult) life. Much like the "Obsessed" reviewer, my size (28) gave me some suspicion on whether it could accommodate my hips, but I found that there was just the right amount of stretch. And the feel? Oh my. Not to get sidetracked, length alert: I'm 5'7" and my legs span 3 ft. from hip bone to ankle. Even so, the trouser legs run several inches past my ankles, so I would need to get them tailored.

First of all, I am so excited flares and bootlegs are finally back in!! That said, these are an updated, streamlined version in soft, washed gray that will go with so much for spring. Ordered my normal 28 and at first glance thought I might have needed to order up, but after trying on, discovered there's quite a bit of stretch in these, which makes them hug every curve yet oh so comfortable. They are a great length for my height 5'9"--the hem sits just above my heel with no shoes, though they will definitely be long on shorter gals who would probably have to hem.
