    Perfect!
These pants are soo soft, comfortable and look and feel great on. I have a pair of the classic Sateen Stevies in black from last year, I've machine washed and dried them (cold, inside-out) MANY times and they haven't faded, still look and feel like new every time I take them out. I'm petite (5'3), so when I saw this ankle version in the store I gave it a try. Again, the fit is just perfect and pretty much the same, although they are a little lower rise than the classic Sateen Stevies. I'm around 120# and curvy and took my regular 26. I just couldn't leave the store without these, and I'm thrilled that I don't have to get them hemmed! FYI, I'm generally not a full price shopper at Anthro, but I've watched the classic version of these pants on my wishlist for over a year, hoping to get another pair on sale, and they haven't been marked down. The price is high, but quality and material is excellent, they are easy to clean and don't wrinkle, so in my budget-minded opinion, well worth the money.

Great pants perfect petite fit and super forgiving
LOVE these pants they fit perfectly and super flattering. I have always had a hard time finding cute pants that fit since I am 5 feet tall and have booty, thighs and hips. The stretch to them are fantastic and the cut and length are perfect. Look great with flats or heels. Couldn't ask for more.

    Fantastic black pants
I bought these in black and couldn't be happier. I was looking for a pair of casual black pants that fit like jeans but would be work-appropriate without feeling stiff or scratchy or getting easily wrinkled like most suit pants. Well, these are perfect! They're soft, with a little bit of stretch, so you can pull them on easily but they still keep your butt and thighs "tucked in" the way regular jeans do. Although they're 'sateen', they're definitely not shiny and feel more light a light velvet to me. I'm 5'3, approximately 115 pounds and usually wear a size 5/27 in pants, and the 27 fit perfectly; The 26 also fit but was a little tighter on the bum then I wanted. With my height, the pants ended right at the ankle (not above it, like on the model), which is perfect for pairing with heels or tucking into boots. If you're looking for great black pants, get these!

    Perfection
These are my new go-to jeans. The denim material has just the right amount of stretch, the color is just want I wanted and at 5'4" the length hits right at my lower ankle. I loved the figure flattering fit so much that I'm buying up other Verdugo styles.

    Size down!
I am a diehard AG Stevie ankle fan, but after trying these on in the store, decided that they were a must have. Like AG, they are made in the US, which is a huge plus in my opinion. The quality is great, and I know that someone is getting a proper wage to make them! I'm 5'3, and they hit right at my ankle. I'm going to preface the following by saying that I don't have much in the way of a bootie. The fit is nice, fabric is smooth, and hugs in the best way possible. Form fitting without feeling tight or restrictive. I found them to sit a little higher than most jeans. They felt snug without being tight, but after sitting or bending down, I found that they slid down a little at the back. For this reason, I really wish I had sized down. On me, I found that they sat higher in the front than they did at the back, so I think they would work best for someone with absolutely NO bootie...not necessarily skinny, just no bootie. Other than that, I am really happy with them. I haven't washed them yet, as I've only worn them once, but I do hope I'm able to shrink them a bit. FYI, I'm 5'3, size 10/12, and I got the 32...wish I had got the 31.

    My favorite (mid-weight) jeans
I wear these jeans all the time. Out running errands during the day. Walking the dog. Brunch with my friends. To a date night dinner. They fit like a dream compared to other labels. I don't know why others think these jeans are pricey considering that there are jeans (here at Anthropologie) that cost >$200. Considering how much wear I get out of these jeans and the fact that they have no issues being washed (fading, stretching, shrinking), I feel like I get my money's worth owning these jeans.

    cute details
These caught my eye because of the details. Love the tough carpenter style mixed with delicate paint splashes (look more like soft focus polka dots). I sized down in these, though they are probably made to be worn really slouchy, but I already own a pair of boyfriend jeans. They also taper down towards the bottom, which means you can roll them up easily.

    Better in person
I would not have given these a second look online, but when I saw them in the store, I had to give them a try, although, I wasn't immediately sold on the paint spots, but I came around when I put them on. They are a slouchy style, so I had to size down, and even still they have a relaxed look. Highly recommend.

    BUY THESE NOW!
These jeans are so soft, so comfortable and unique enough to set them apart from any other denim you own. The picture does not do them justice. I am usually a 27, but went with a 26 for a more fitted look. I will be living in these gems for the rest of the year and then some.

    Great Detail
First I must say I received these jeans in error as I ordered the sweater patchwork Pilcro and I was sent these instead. I am sending them back but They are so adorable that I am taking the time to review them. The pictures do not do justice to the intricate beading, that is the detail that makes these stand apart from others, with that these look like true finds from the 60's summer of love. The beading is done on the upper are so if you are a crop top person I highly recommend these for the summer...you can roll them up to under the knee as well. they run a couple sizes large but being a lover of boyfriend wear that is just how I like them...if you have a cute bum that is all you need to hold them up. If they have my size when they go on sale I will buy them, but right now they are not in the budget.

    It is a surprise!!
It is cute, nice and unique! I loved it once I first saw it, but it was a little expensive. However, I still decided to buy it. I received it today and it is worth buying! LOVE the design!

    Adorable!
These just arrived and I am already in love with them! They are a bit large but in the good boyfriend jean kind of way. The embellishment is perfect....not too over the top but enough to be different. I will be putting these in spring outfit rotation immediately!

    Absolutely perfect boyfriend jean
I've been on the hunt for a boyfriend jean for over a year. At 5'4", the width & slouch of most just wound up looking baggy and adding width. I'd pretty much decided the boyfriend look was better left to very tall, thin women. As a last ditch effort, I decided to try these. Fantastic! Comfort - check. Flattering - check. Perfect color - check. Really high quality. I could go for something with a little less distressing, but it's not over the top on these. I did size down one size; normally a size 27 in AG (126 lbs, relatively hourglass shape), I went with 26 in these. Could possibly have gone down 2 sizes, but I did want to maintain the comfort, casualness & look of a boyfriend. Really great with a tucked in shirt & belt, booties, pumps, flats, sneakers, espadrilles, etc. Great change of pace to all my skinny jeans. Overpriced, but I think worth it for the perfect jean.

    Beautiful Distressed Jeans
I 100% agree with the previous reviewer. I first overlooked these jeans because paying 188.00 for distressed jeans with holes seems like a lot. But I liked the color of the fabric so I tried a pair on. I also had to go down 2 sizes! I am 5'8", 142lbs, 34A. I usually wear a size 27/4 in jeans. I had to go down to a size 25. But once I figured out the correct size, they fit great! I I love these jeans and they are very comfortable and flattering. I love the length as well, I did not roll them up because I liked the length as they came to the bottom part of my ankle. It shows off a cute pair of ballet flats perfectly! I do wish that the hole on the knee had something behind it to prevent it from opening up further. Other than that, these jeans are perfect.

    Another great AG option
I was trying on jeans in a store and the salesperson brought me these to try. I had kind of overlooked them because of the distressing, but I just loved them once I put them on. I sized down TWO sizes for the right fit, and I don't wear them cuffed either. I have proportionally wide hips and these fit me very comfortably. They are super-cute, and while I can't wear them to work because of the distressing I think I'll get a lot of wear out of them in my off hours.

    Too cute to pass up
These jeans are adorable. I saw them while shopping and couldn't resist trying them on. Once in the dressing room they did not disappoint. With Ankle jeans I can usually do a regular or a petite size since I have really long legs for only being 5'0", but went with the 24P in this this case. I like the shorter inseam on the printed version and thought they looked extremely cute with the gladiator sandals that I happened to have on that day. The print is subtle enough that these match quite a few items in my closet, but different enough that they are not just a regular pair of jeans. I also love the classic cut so I can wear them on casual Friday to my corporate job. As with all AG jeans, the fabric is super soft and the fit is great.

    Cutest jeans
When I saw these online I was dying to try them on. In person they did not disappoint. They are just different enough without making it so you could only wear them with a limited amount of things. Blew my birthday budget because I had to have them. I usually float between a 26P and a 27P. Opted for the 27 just for comfort. I could have squeezed into the 26 but I don't think they would have hung right. I am 5'1" and 115 lbs. They do stretch out a bit during the day. Haven't washed them yet so don't know how they will hold up after that. But I love these jeans!!!!

    Perfect jeans
These pants are just too cute! The fit is great and they are super comfortable. The little dots all over give them a fun and subtle twist. I'm 5'0 and these are more like regular length pants on me....which I like! I'm 105 and the 26 fit perfect.

    Perfect!
I heard boot cut denim will be eclipsing skinny jeans in 2015. These are so flattering!! I am also very glad to get a break from wearing skinny jeans all the time.

    best jeans ever
These jeans are perfect. I am 5'3 and I don't have to hem the petite. They are soft and I love the higher rise.
