Great moto jacket
I absolutely love this unlined ,super soft moss suede moto jacket. I usually wear medium in jackets but needed small in this one. The sleeves are very long and the back is slightly cropped. The color is very dark , rich green. The grey is also very nice.
This caught my eye on the cover of the magazine. It's very soft and relaxed. I am usually an xs or s and the small fit well. It does fall at the waist. I bought the nude and feel it will be great to dress up or down come fall. As it is "vegan," I wish the price was not so steep. I am a sucker though.

Living thousands of miles from the nearest Anthropologie I have to be a little patient when I see something exciting. I received this jacket in the post this afternoon and I have to say it's gorgeous. It's very soft, a lovely colour (think very milky coffee) and fits well. The only thing that surprised me is its quite short with the band sitting just on the waist. I think I'll be getting plenty of wear out of this either with a pretty dress or jeans.

This jacket is so chic! Love it. The fit is slightly confusing. A large was a bit too loose in the body but a medium was too snug overall though zip-able. Looking at the product shots I'm glad I went back to the large. I think the jacket is meant to be a bit looser and casual. It's really fun with a slight tough edge to it. The vegan suede feels really soft. Looks great open and zipped. Anthro fall is shaping up to be great!
I loved this jacket so much online that I ordered it in both colors. Unfortunately, once they arrived & I tried them on....they are way too short on my torso. Granted I am 5'10' and 145lbs pear shaped, most Anthro jackets are long enough. I ordered a small, my usual size (I'm a 36A) and everything fit great, except it was about 2 inches shorter on me than on the model. Needles to say, they are both being returned.

So cute and warm!!
This is a great jacket. My only issue is sleeves are way to long and had to have them shortened. This upped my price by 45.00. Oh well, its still what I wanted!

Great fall jacket
I love this jacket. Bought it in ivory which as another reviewer mentioned is more oatmeal. It's very warm and has a cotton lining that make it very comfortable. Looks very stylish and will be great throughout the winter as well. I'm 5'7" 135lbs and the small fits perfect. I don't think it was any shorter than would be expected for this style.
I bought this during a 20% off sale which made it even more worth the price. I would have purchased and kept it regardless, but just got lucky.
Looking at the pictures online, I thought the coat was going to be red. However; when it showed up it is more purple. I still like the color and did end up keeping the coat.
I do think the buttons are sewn on well, but I was surprised it did not come with additional buttons in case one gets lost. These are very unique buttons so I can't imagine it

This coat is sliming and warm. It is longer than I expected on me, but I am short-and this was not problematic. I have been looking for a military style coat for a long time and am happy to have finally found one that I fell in love with.

I expected color to be different.
This coat is beautifully made and for $800 I expect no less. However, I should have checked other resources prior to buying. The color on this website is nothing like actual color of coat. I was expecting a nice dark red/wine as depicted on these photos. However, it is a bright magenta/dark fuscia more on the purpleish side that does not go so much with my wardrobe (even though I am a pink-loving person haha). I had hoped to pair it with the same skirt shown here and the peony sweater that was
... read more initially styled with said skirt but the colors do not truly match as much. For such a pricey coat I expected a color that I could mix and match better with rest of my wardrobe. Sad to send it back since it is such a beautiful design. I am 127b, 5'6" and the size 6 fit perfectly.
I then saw same coat from other retailers and you can see actual purplish color on the other websites. Oh well, so sad.
I love the design of this piece. It can be layered from underneath with a sweater for added warmth. It is lightweight but cozy. I consider it a timeless piece.

The cape arrived today. Its beautiful, well made, it should come with a ticket to Paris. With that said, I didn't give it 5 stars because the button placket design is useless. Once I got the cape buttoned and on, it was almost impossible to close the buttons, took forever to close 1 button...it seemed the reverse of logic. But I love the cape so much I am going to take it to my wonderful tailor and have big snaps sewn on (they won't be seen). You really need to be able to close this cape at the
... read more neckline to get the effect of the stand-up collar. What I like about this cape is how smoothly the garment and the belt lay on your body. It also has big wide cuffs to put your arms into so it gives it a coat effect. Note, the black that you see at the collar and cuffs is a chunky "knit", its not a smooth fabric like velvet or felt. It was hard to tell on my ipad and computer...the screen resolution made it look smooth. Also has nice satin type edging. Overall, I love this cape, its beautiful...enough to spend more money on it (which I shouldn't have to do) so it will close with ease. c'est la vie...laissez le bon temps roule
I received this coat today and I'm ecstatic about my purchase. I am a true petite, and the petite large in this coat fit perfectly. I was a little worried about the sizing based on the other reviews. Yes, the button is low, but that is the style. I strongly suggest ordering a petite if you are short. Otherwise, the fit may be completely off.

I thought this would be so clean looking, in a Theory/Vince. menswear way, but unfortunately the cut of the coat is super unflattering. I waiver between a 2 and a 4 at anthro and erred on the side of caution and went with the 4. The shoulders are way off the mark, sleeves are too long, and the button hits about 3 inches too low. It's just...baggy...in a way that the size itself is not the issue. Alas, this is going back, and my search for the perfect coat continues!

I love this coat but it does not work for my body type. It is a beautiful coat and of very good quality. It has a wonderful lining which is so nice to see as many of the "coats" Anthropologie is carrying right now are not lined. The coat is soft and feels so good. It seems to run true to size. I would have purchased this if the button placement were higher up. The button closure is right at my hips ( I am 5'6" for reference) and I am pretty curvy. When open, the coat looked great but when I
... read more tried to fasten it, it was strained against my hips. Whne closed it bellowed around my upper body and made me look very large. I would recommend this for more straight, willowy body types. It really is a gorgeous coat.
I tried this on at the store in the regular size it came in and thought maybe it has some potential is I ordered it for me in a petite since that's what I am. I ignored the package when I first got it thinking it wouldn't really look right but OMG, it's 100% amazing and flattering. Wear it with skinny jeans, leggings, jeggings, whatever and it's just super awesome on dressed up or down. I'd buy this over and over again without a doubt.

Excellent mid-weight jacket/coat!
I tried this on in the store and I was surprised at how slimming it was. It' s perfect for a long sleeved turtleneck and black trousers for work or jeans and t on the weekend. My office is constantly cold so I am excited to wear this to work and feel comfortable and warm.
There are a lot of boiled wool sweaters and jackets available right now-this is not one of my favorites. While the color is amazing, the buttons are very cheap plastic and they look that way. The are very close together which is hard to button up. The coat is not flattering in the same way it is on the model when it is opened an requires to be closed to have an hour-glass shape. However, sizing down (which would also fix this problem) would cause the shoulder/arm area to be too tight.

It was lighter weight than I expected but that's perfect for me considering Florida winters are mild. It's more like a wool sweater than coat. The design is gorgeous, however, ran bigger than anticipated. I'm hoping an exchange to the XS will work otherwise I'm not sure I can get the fit I expect from this sweater coat. The buttons are plastic and would have made a much bigger impact if they were wooden but they're still nice. Overall I love it and am hoping for the right fit so I can flaunt

I have a narrow face, and most coats with the big collars overwhelm me. This proportion is perfect. Follows my shape without constricting but flows so well for a good line. Color isn't quite laden green; it's more teal which works even better for me. So hard to find a wool coat these days that isn't bulky.
This is now my favorite piece of clothing. It has a fantastic romantic look to it. The soft jersey lining flows out along the color and zipper and makes this cozy and warm, unlike most other leather jackets. I absolute love it, zippered and unzipped! I tried this on in the store and my usually sizes M or L were a bit snug in the arm/shoulder area so I ordered it in XL. I am happy I did, because now I can wear sweaters and layers under it and it fits great. It does not look to big because the

Sizing is different
So I've read some other reviews of this jacket and have to say that I can't believe no one else has experienced a sizing issue. The sleeves were tight - not snug, but tight - while the shoulders were too large. Maybe I got a badly sewn jacket? There was only one medium in the store to try on, but this one fit so strangely that I didn't even think that another might fit. It's a great style, seems well made, and is really unique. I tried a Medium. I often wear a Small at Anthropologie, but

Love love love very unique jacket!
This jacket is super cute, unique, and comfortable. Fits well and looks great opened or closed. The only thing would be it to be careful zipping with the fabric there. Which to me isn't a big deal. I usually wear a small medium, I got the medium. I would say it fits true to size but maybe a tin bit snug in the chest. For reference, I'm a 34DD and the medium fit just a tad bit snug on the chest but looks great. Give it a try.
I so wanted to love this poncho but it is just too stiff with an unappealing texture. The style is fun though so if you could handle the weight and texture of the fabric or just wear it as a coat instead of your main piece, then I think it would be fine for you. I had to return it. I ordered the size small for my 5'8" 128lb size 34B frame. I think I could have gotten away with an x-small.

I can't believe I paid full price for this piece, but I did! Someone must have returned an online order in my local anthro, because they had an XXSP in stock. I'm usually just an XS for tops, but this just looked huge so I was happy they had the smallest size possible. I tried it on and I thought "Yup, gotta have it!" I've never owned a poncho. I've just been kinda unsure about them, but this one is just plain awesome. The material is a little scratchy, but it's so cozy and stylish, I think I'll deal with it!

There are so many ponchos and wraps out there, but this one has everything going for it. Being 5'4 I did get the XS. Normally I would be a small, and I tried both, but I didn't want to drown in it. The neckline is interesting and so are the colors. The style is just perfect. Can't wait to wear it, if it ever cools off here at the beach!
