Really hadn't noticed this much online but saw the good reviews so sought it out in store. Everyone's right - this skirt is adorable, made beautifully and flattering. Got my usual size 4 (hugs nicely without clinging or constricting because the material is a very nice weight). Wore it immediately that night for a reception at an art gallery with tights, boots and the orange peplum top & got a ton of compliments. Plan to wear it year round with just about any color top. Much more beautiful in person with pretty lace and pop of coral piping.

I received this as a gift, and wore it to a presentation last week with a black velvet jacket and tall boots. Tons of people complemented my outfit, both people I knew and several that I didn't! The details are beautiful; layers of lace and trim, and the pop of the red lines in the front and back. I am 5/6 100 lbs and the 0 sat at my hip bones instead of my waist, but that's OK as it made the lenght a bit longer for work. I plan on getting alot of wear out of this skirt, now with boots and in the summer with a tee or tank. What a great gift!

I am pear shaped and wouldn't have thought I could wear this, but it is more flattering than you would think. I would never have looked at it on the website (I got it at a store) because I think they have styled it really poorly online. It is closer to knee length and looks great with black tights and boots. I think it will transition into Spring well. If you are pear shaped like me and between sizes, go up a size, it does fit close.
