I have a Cloth and Stone shirt in light chambray from a couple of years ago and I had the same problem with that shirt in that the tops of the sleeves are WAY too tight in comparison with the rest of the flow of the shirt.
I rolled the sleeves down on this way and rolled them partially up my forearms and what a difference! Still but not restrictive as it felt with the sleeves buttoned up to the top notch.
For me the length was wonderfully flattering (5'3"), but not sure if it would be as nice for an above avg height.
Like the colour and the feel, but it is rather expensive for what it is. The only way I justified this buy is the fact that it can and will be worn with a lot of items and can be worm both casually and smart with the right cardigan to work.
I would say it runs tts if not slightly small.

This is the second chambray top that I have bought(online)by Cloth and Stone. I wanted so badly to add this to my wardrobe for fall. The material is so thin, and not in a good way. It feels like one wrong move and it would rip. So cheap and SO not worth the price. I would have no problem paying $88 if it were better quality. Plus, it clings to your skin and feels like it's smothering you even though it isn't fitted. Needless to say, it was returned. Anthro, please get a better supplier of chambray apparel!

I ordered an XL because I wanted a "baggy fit". It ended up being tight and form-fitting. The arms are tight for an XL. I can't see myself wearing this, so I will have to return it. Keep sizing in mind if you order.
