Rated 5 out of 5 by More on the sizing debate I also vary between two different sizes in AG Stevie jeans (28 or 29 petite), and Anthropologie reviewers have always given reliable guidance on whether to size up or down. I don't like to wear my jeans skin tight, but know from experience that stretch jeans can fit perfectly when new but then sag and bag to the point that they have to be tossed. I sized up to the 29 in these cords, and do not regret my choice. My advice to those who vary between 2 sizes is to size down if you like to wear your jeans skin tight, have a small derriere and/or are relatively young, and to size up if you like some ease, are well endowed and/or are aging gracefully. I don't think you can go wrong either way. November 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these, purchase a new pair each year I find that these run TTS, I am a size 4 and purchased a 27, my usual AG Stevie size. I have purchased several pairs over the last couple of years and I find the style, quality and sizing consistent. They aren't the longest pants but the skinny cut makes them nice with flats or even heels. They have great stretch, are very comfortable and the aqua color is gorgeous. In the past I have bought the cream, grey, teal and aubergine - they have all held up well and I am continuing to wear them. The colors retain their saturation even after a few years, love these cords! I don't wear pants usually (I prefer dresses and skirts) but these are my go-to, even over jeans. September 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Soft, great fit, but sizing is tricky. I own other AG Stevies and always wear a 24p. Based on the reviews given for this particular fabric and style, I sized up to 25p. When they arrived, I tried them on and they fit perfectly. The material is very soft with a bit of give, so I wore them around the house for a bit to see if they would stretch. Fifteen minutes later, they loosened up quite a bit. More than I was comfortable with, as I wanted a slimmer fit. I returned them for the 24p. These are pretty snug at first, but they have also loosened quite a bit. I am much happier with the 24p. I'd say these are true to size after you wear them for a while. I will be very careful about putting these in the drier, though. I guess if you are at the top end of your current size, size up for these. Otherwise, stick with the usual. October 2, 2013

Size Guide

How to Measure

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
