Rated 4 out of 5 by Madgardener I bought the 8 thanks to the earlier reviewer who said it runs a bit small. I found that to be accurate, the 8 is ideal while 90% of the time I end up in a size 6 skirt from Anthropologie.
The waistband, unstretched is 28" and fits my 29" very comfortably. The band has elastic running through a well stitched down channel, so no rolling.
The length is 24 1/2" as described.
Well concealed side zip with 2 hooks and eyes at the top.
Only 5% ponte so it does feel quite spandex-y / poly but if you're ok with the synthetics, it's comfortable.
No slit at the back but I can maintain my normal walking stride...maybe 2 1/2' so it certainly allows you to get around.
I like the unusual print too, (some of) the colors are veering towards neon so be advised - you will stand out in this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by cwhf Gorgeous unique skirt
This pencil skirt is an instant mood brightener for me. The print is utterly fantastic and bright. It is easy to wear and flattering to curves; the print works a bit like a visual peplum. It is definitely work appropriate. I will say this is not the thickest ponte knit, so wear appropriate undergarments or else there will be VPL. That said, it is comfortable and it stays put without a lot of tugging. It pairs well with a simple top and jacket or cardigan. I got so many compliments on it when I first wore it. Love it, especially on sale.

Rated 1 out of 5 by courtneyelsa Cheap fabric!!
So disappointed with this piece.
As another review said, the colours are much more neon than they show. The pattern through the middle of the skirt is NOT flattering. The fabric feels very cheap and synthetic. Its so stretchy, wouldn't matter which size you buy, but for reference I am 5'5' 135 and was able to pull the six on without unzipping the zipper, was still a little loose in the waist.
Definitely don't recommend this product. Even at the sale price.
