by pjaalt I have a butt!
I thought this skirt was good for someone with my figure - I have a boyish figure with a larger waist and smaller hips, so it fit me just fine. I like how it accentuated what curves I do have so I actually look like I have hips and a booty. It also has a double layer, so you can wear thin-edged panties and skip the Spanx. However, for this price I do expect a finished edge. I'm annoyed that Bailey 44 can't even finish the hem on the faux leather, and I've read too many reviews of unraveling hems to pay full price for this. I'll reconsider on sale with additional markdown. 5'2", 108 pounds, 32A-26-33, tried on the XS.

I tried this skirt on in a sz 0, only because on the table there wasn't a sz 2 (which I normally wear in most anthro skirts). The sz 0 was the right size, but the odd part about the way it fit was the front "leather" portion. There was too much fabric so while the rest of the skirt was tight fitting the front bunched and pulled away from the inner, tight fitting lining which made me look like I have a bigger lower belly pooch than I do (I'm 5'3", 115lbs). So in all, I loved the idea but the execution just wasn't worth the $148 (Canadian $) that it was priced at. In fact, I wouldn't buy it even when it does go on sale.

I'm 5' 4 and 130. I wear a 27-28 jean. I've had babies so I have a rounder belly.I purchase a 6. It fits a little big at the true waist, without any "support foundation wear". So if you plan to have that extra layer, go smaller. It came to my mid knees. It's adorable and very sexy on. My husband is going to love it. My issue with it and I'm surprised that it has not been mention is it does not have a finished hem. I can't tell it that's going to cause the stretchy fabric to run. Time will tell.
