This is a pullover. Very thin. Delicate and the patchwork delicate as well. I bought my usual size small. I'm 5'9,140, 34B, slender athletic build. It fit perfect. I do have a long torso and it hit right at the hip. So when I do raise my arm, or if i bend over, skin will show. I do not have large arms, and the sleeves on me only went to about mid forearm. Not a big deal for me. Taller girls or with larger busts will most def. need to size up. I did have a little room to move as far as around the bust.
This is also a thin layer under the patchwork.
This top is super soft. Beautiful quality.

I have many sweatshirts from Anthro and I always buy large (they usually only go up to large). Luckily, I tried this on in the store because the large was a bit too small and ended up getting an XL. It is a beautiful sweatshirt and well worth the full price. I received an email that they were running low on stock of this shirt (it was in my online bag) so if you want it you better hurry!

As with most Anthro clothing, this t has beautiful details. That said, beware that the fabric is quite thin - I am a little concerned about the potential for pulling. Also, the fit is quite close to the body. If you like the fit of the top on the model, definitely size UP! I ordered both my usual size M and a L and while the M fits perfectly well, the L gives the slouchy look in the pict. For reference I am 5'5", 130lb. For ladies taller, a caution also that the length may be an issue for you. I am far from tall and even the L barely made it to the length on the model.
