Rated 5 out of 5 by Great read I was attracted to this book twofold because my career and healthcare choice are focused on herbalism and also because I like a good drink. The history and use of bitters in Western civilization is definitely a topic that gets skipped in traditional history. Even in university courses centered around drugs, herbs and/ or pharmacology history you don't get any information on bitters. They're often relegated into the snake oil category of wasted time and space. However, this book shines a spotlight on the history and making and use of bitters both then and now. The writing is wonderfully fluid and entertaining. The author has some pretty fun and unique stories that he has personally lived through with bitters. I think I may be inspired to make my own too! Definitely an actual good read for yourself (you'll sound smarter at parties with all of your obscure bitters factoids) or a good gift for a friend who loves alcohol, medicine or herbs. May 21, 2013

Size Guide

How to Measure

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Rings

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
