Rated 5 out of 5 by size up if you're curvy This dress is really cute on and really comfortable b/c the fabric is really stretchy (but not clingy - if that makes sense). The pics online don't show it well, but there's cute little pops of red here and there, so if you get this....get red shoes for sure (as shown) totally cute! or even a red cardi (the red peplum one looks cute over it)! I'm pretty curvy w/no bust but a small waist and hips w/a butt, and to get it to fit right, I had to size up. It actually looked fine from the front, but when I turned to check out the back view I noticed the zipper stuck out funny - so I sized up and it looked fine. If you're not curvy, you'll probably be fine....but if you've got a little bit of a booty....size up b/c the zipper won't lay flat and it totally sticks out like a tail b/c the fabric is really light weight and stretchy - looks really funny. Rated 3 out of 5 by runs small This is a cute dress but definitely not on me. I am 5'2", 102 pounds, 32A-26-32 and tried on the XS. I have a short torso, so the ruching on the bodice made me look thick and even more flat-chested than I already am. The dress has some stretch to it, but that ribbon on the waist does not and it gave me a reverse muffin top. Going up a size would not work because the arm holes are so big that I could see half my bra. I did like the cut out in the back, and my bra strap was still covered in that area. I could see this dress looking good on someone who has an hourglass shape, or someone who is tall and slender. December 10, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really adorable I love anything with polka dots, but perhaps what is most unique about this dress is actually impossible to see in the online photos- the dots are two-toned, giving it dimension, and there is red stitching at the hemlines. Plus, the fabric is lightweight enough to be cross-seasonal without looking at all out of place as my new casual Christmas favorite. For someone curvy but high-waisted, I actually had the opposite reaction from other viewers, and ending up going for a smaller size than usual in order to get the waist to sit at the right place. Because of the gathered bodice, the smaller size looked just fine, without pulling awkwardly or having any strangeness with the zipper or anything.Even a size smaller than my usual Anthro option, it lay perfectly around my hips and did not cause any under-arm weirdness. In fact, this dress is roomy enough in that area that I was glad I was going for down a size. The ruching of the bodice is very sweet, but it also adds to that dimensional interest that I mentioned before. Rather than being yet another cute polka dotted dress, this one has some edge to it that is enjoyable. Additionally its length and neck line are very work appropriate, giving it versatility that many dresses lack. The sheer back panel is also rather flashy and certainly cute, but could easily be covered by a cardigan when one needs to be restrained. It's more than worth it for its price point. Size Guide

How to Measure

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Rings

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
