Rated 2 out of 5 by Odd Fit & Stiff Fabric Equals Disappointment The pencil skirt is generally the most flattering skirt-shape on me. For reference, I am a size 6 in a pencil skirt because I have a short waist (no real waist, really) and no hips. This skirt, though, fit odd. The waist was very small and the hip area was very wide. Even if the 6 would have zipped on me, the hip area would have been way too big. The other issue is the hand of the fabric. It is quite heavy and stiff, so I cannot imagine that this skirt would move with the body. I did like the idea of the print, and it does look in person as you see on the model in the photo. However due to the fit and the fabric, this skirt is a disappointment. November 5, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Little Pencil Skirt I like this skirt a lot. It may be smaller in the waist and wider in the hips like the previous reviewer stated, but that's how I'm built (happily). It ran true to size for me (size 6). The skirt is 100% cotton, without stretch, so the fabric does feel a bit heavy. I haven't worn the skirt to work yet, so I don't know how it will stretch throughout the day. As of right now, it just feels fun and comfortable -- and a little outside the norm! December 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Curves! I am 5'2", 130 lbs., and curvy through the hips and thighs. The pattern of this skirt makes me look thin and sleek...it is great! Looks just like the picture and I love that it is professional enough for work but has a little extra style. I am glad I was able to snag this for sale online, and with an extra 15% off for my anthro birthday card, because the sales associate I tried to purchase it from in the store would not let me use my birthday card on sale items. Clearly if I can use it on sale items online, I should be able to in the store! Happy birthday to me despite the ill-informed sales associate! January 13, 2013

Size Guide

How to Measure

Bust

Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist

Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Using a pair of your pants that fit well, measure from crotch seam to bottom of leg.

Rings

Wrap a length of string around your finger and mark where the end touches. Measure the distance between the end of the string and the mark you've made to determine what size to order.
