This dress is like Anthro dresses of past years, sort of old-school Anthro. Really nice quality, not flimsy, top is lined so it isn't itchy at all underneath the wool handiwork on the bodice. I am a size 14 with a 38D bust, high waisted and very hourglass, and this dress is like it was made for me. I wore this to work with a lightweight gray cardigan and boots and tights and got tons of compliments. Since I am in the larger size range of Anthro, and this dress had a tiny bit of room on me, I would say it might run a tad large.

Another favorite dress! So pretty and detailed. The top front piece is knitted with a fabric placket running down the midline. The back upper portion is solid and rayon. The skirt portion I guess is rayon or silk and has wonderful detailing around the bottom. The dress is very well made. It is lined. The front of the dress hits me a couple of inches above the knee and I am 5 ft 2 in. The back hits me at the knee. I would say it runs TTS. I took my usual size 0 and it fits comfortably.

At 5' 2" and about 115 pounds, I almost always wear an x-small or a 0 from anthropologie. I will get a petite if i can for the shorter length, but typically a 0 will fit everywhere else. I ordered this through my local store in a 0 - not even close to fitting.
I pulled it out of the box and it is precious! Such great texture and color. I put it on and it hangs off my body as if it was a 4 or 6. It doesn't fit AT ALL. I would have to have it completely remade to even come close to fitting. I am so sad that it doesn't run to standard sizing. I tried on 4 or 5 dresses recently at anthropologie and had this problem with every one of them. I have never had this problem in the past. Its such a bummer, as this dress is phenomenal.
I would definitely recommend sizing down.
