 by missinganthroinOK Super cute dress
I am 5'2", 115 lbs, 34B and the size 0 was a near perfect fit, being just a little too loose in the shoulders. If petite sizing were still available this would probably remedy this problem, but it is also a simple enough fix for a tailor. The fabric is substantial and heavy without feeling dowdy or overwhelming. I didn't end up buying this because of the shoulder issue, but I'll reconsider especially if it makes it to sale.

After trying on at least 8 dresses in the store, I grabbed this one on my way out. What a great surprise. This dress is extremely flattering on, has a great comfortable (and wrinkle resistent) fabric, and has a playful but classic print. I didn't think the dress would fit because they didn't have my usual size. When I tried the size larger, it fit perfectly. I usually wear a 6 and the 8 fits perfectly. I love Anthro dresses--they usually fit my petite frame, and this one is no exception (I bought the regular size, not petite). I tried it on with a chunky holiday necklace that was beautiful with the dress. I'm sorry I missed out on the 25% off sale! Any suggestions for tights colors are welcome--I'm concerned black will overwhelm the styling at the hemline.

Rated 5 out of 5 by twigjb So happy to find this dress! I wore it to a dressy event with a ribbon belt, black tights and sky high heels, and it was a hit! I am 5'6" 100 lbs and the 0 was just a bit big around the waist and armholes, but the belt fixed that. The main fabric is thin brushed corduroy, while the hem, shoulders and back is a slightly shiny cotton (I don't think it's satin, but it has a sheen). The black gives it a dressier feel, but this could be easily dressed up or down, and transition from winter to summer. Plus it has pockets and is priced right (especially at 25% off). What's not to love?
