 by tanj really flatterring fit
Hello I just had to let everyone know that this dress is just amazing .I ordered this first online in sz 4 . Which I usually wear sz 2-4 I wear a sz 34d bra and have a 28 waist and 40 hips im 5ft 7in and weigh 138. I felt that the sz 4 fit pretty well except that the hips seemed to bell out a bit too much for me and I already have big hips so I returned the sz 4 and went for a sz 2. The bust was really fitted on me in the sz 2 but i liked the overall fit better than the sz 4. So I stuck with the sz 2 the slip seemed to be a very odd shape but still worked out fine once the dress was over it. but it could have been shaped a little more similar to the dress. I absolutely love the color and it makes me feel very pretty. I dont know if this dress is too young for me but I love it so Im going to keep it. Worth the full price. Very unique and beautiful. I definately recommend this dress to anyone with a classic vintage style.

Very pretty dress runs true to size. However, it does seem to be strictly a party dress. It is not really something I could wear as day-wear

I tried this dress on in store today and I thought I'd share a quick review.
I'm 5'9'' usually a 6 in dresses (34A/small on top, jeans size 30 on bottom) and in this dress the 6 worked well. But here's what's different about it from the model photo: the lining fit very close to the body and the lace was actually fairly loose. Like the lining was a 6, but the lace shell was probably an 8/10 comparatively. Despite how strange this sounds, it still looked good, just not what I was expecting.
The color is also a bit strange and washed me out a little bit...even though I have average "nude" skin and brown hair.
The material itself seemed kind of low quality. Like definitely not nearly $300 worth quality. It seems like a $100 dress. I would revisit this at sale.
