Rated 5 out of 5 by MGraceW Perfect for a curvy girl
When this first arrived I felt nervous that this shirt was just going to hang off of me, but when I tried it on it was beautiful! I'm 5'3, 125 lbs and pear shaped and an XS was so flattering. The waist was stretchy and fit almost like it was made for my body, definitely not too tight. Although, the arms of the blouse were pretty snug. I found this strange because I have really thin arms. Other than that, no complaints. It hits my hips right where it should and it wasn't too long. It has such a vintage and simple look to it, you can dress it up or dress it down. No doubt this is my favorite shirt I've purchased at Anthro!

Rated 5 out of 5 by TaylorKitCat Can't write enough GREAT things about this shirt!!
This shirt just arrived yesterday and it is everything I hoped it would be and more. The shirt is rayon (not polyester) but is a lot more substantial compared to many of my other rayon shirts. Because of the fabric weight and layering possibilities this truly is one of the great shirts that can be worn Winter, Spring and Fall. The blue is a very deep navy (not even a hint of purple/royal blue). This shirt looks fabulous alone, but because of its color will also pair wonderfully with chartreuse, camel, cream, red, cordovan...point being, you have a TON of options here.
I ordered the M and the L and decided to keep the Large as it fits me ike the photo. As reference I am 5'8" with an athletic build and at Anthro I normally wear a 4 in pants and a M or L in shirts. If I didn't have broad shoulders or muscular arms I think the M would have worked, but I needed the extra shoulder room and arm girth so keep your frame in mind, too, when ordering. Once I buttoned the shirt all the way down and synched the drawstring, the waist fit great, too.
I can't recommend this shirt enough. For me, as I get older (I will be 40 in February -yikes!, lol) it has become more and more important for me to spend my money on versatile pieces with impeccable structuring that are made well and will withstand the tides of ever-changing trends. Yes, this shirt is "on trend" with the peplum-esque drawstring waist, but it is done in a way that is not in-your-face and because of that if you wear this shirt two years from now it won't look outdated. It's also one of those separates that can go with everything from jeans to dress pants, and can be worn anywhere from a girls night out to work. A truly great shirt for the price point! Hope this review helps a little.: )

This is a very pretty dark navy shirt that flatters the body. I have large breasts and the shirt is fitted with no gaping and no camisole is needed. There is elastic at the waist which did tend to rise up a bit. A minor annoyance.
