I bought these shoes the second I saw them. I love the color purple and anything that glitters. They are simply gorgeous! Miss Albright does it again. They run true to size. I am a true size 9 and got the 40 (as I typically do in Miss Albright ans Miss L Fire shoes) They are also very pretty and sparkley/glittery. I just hope the glitter holds up after several wears. These are probably the type of shoes you wpuldnt want to wear that much anyways. I highly recommend! Well worth the $.

Who need ruby slippers when you can have purple glitter and suede instead?? These are so very cute, and I'm planning to wear them with everything. The purple suede is a true jewel amethyst tone, bright without being flashy. The violet glitter has a subtle undertone of gray to it so it's not obnoxious and still looks good in daylight, and it seems very well glued on so I'm expecting minimal shedding. And the height is pretty far off, at a much more comfortable 3" by my tape measure. Yippee!
The only downsides are that it has minimal padding and support in the footbed and, like most shoes I've experienced by this brand, it runs small. I'm generally a true comfy 7 and I ordered a 7.5 [as I usually do here], and it fits as expected. So if you're used to this brand, or have others by them, buy your usual size. If you're not -- size up a bit.
