I'm a sucker for anything mint or Tiffany blue (and polka dots), so I reached for the apron even though I hardly have time to cook these days. I think the bust area could have better coverage on both sides (and I'm saying this as a flat-chested shopper) because food could easily splatter the clothes underneath with the way it is now. It would help if the waist pockets were more frontal than pockets you would find in jeans (side pockets), but I feel this is more of an aesthetic apron than a practical one, or at least not for heavy-duty cooking. It probably does cost too much for its function, but the color and pattern made me give in to this one.

To each his own, but when I received this apron, which was to be part of a wedding shower gift, I was pretty disappointed. It's a much darker yellow than I thought it would be, is not as pretty as it looked online, and the material is a lot stiffer than I had thought it would be. It is definitely high quality, though. The price was a little high for what I ended up with. Hopefully the bride enjoyed it more than I did! I think if it had a been a little cuter, I could have been less regretful of paying so much for it.
