Whimsical Print - Fun for Spring
I love the graphic whimsical print; it reminds me that spring will be here soon! This dress runs mostly true to size, but it leans toward the more generous side. For customers who are smaller on top, sizing down one size may be necessary. This classic fit-and-flare silhouette is feminine and flattering on nearly all body types, as it accommodates curves stylishly and lends shape to more athletic or lean figures.

Cheaply made
I'm an avid bike rider and after reading so many great reviews (plus it's sold out everywhere), I rushed to the store to get the dress. Size 6 was a bit loose (the store ran out of size 4) but I bought it anyway with the hopes that I could have a tailor take it in (I loved it that much!!!). Much to my dismay, when I tried it on, it made my bottom half look really wide. Even though the dress was loose on me, the top 2 buttons popped off. The materials are very thin. So disappointed because I love the fabric print so much. Oh well!!! Perhaps this dress would be better on a taller and curvy gal.

cute, but not worth full price
This dress is SUPER adorable! I am 5'9" and have a hard time finding strapless dresses that I can wear without having to hunch over...and even in the size 0 this one fits the bill. I like that the sizing actually translates to your bra numerical size (a size 0 is for 32).
While it was cute, I was somewhat underwhelmed by the fabric. It is very very thin, and therefore see-through. Also, the lining is made with a cotton that made it stick to my underwear and bunch up all the time. You'd have to wear some sort of undergarment that might help with this.
Also, this dress requires a combination of zipper and buttons to close. Since the buttons are in the middle of your back, this makes it hard to get dressed by yourself, and I'm not sure my husband could handle those tiny buttons.
I think it would definitely be a great purchase on sale, but $150 is a bit much for this item.

perfect spring/summer dress for many occasions!
I think by the many reviews and the photos anyone can see that this dress is charming and versatile. There are a few things to point out about it though:
1 - it runs BIG. I usually wear a size 6, sometimes a 4 for things that run large. While I could have worn a size 4, ultimately the best fit was size 2. As a point of reference I am 5'6", 128lbs, thin frame and wear a 34D bra.
2 - There is a zipper on the side. Sure you could use the adorable fabric covered buttons down the back, but why would you? They would be impossible to manage on your own - use the zipper.
3 - The cotton fabric is very light weight. This will be great for spring and summer in the south. I intend to put a cardigan over it (so many possible color combos!) and wear it to work. Then sans sweater, it will be the perfect sun dress .
Bottom line - order small and enjoy!

Great Item!
Really beautifully made with attention to detail (like cloth covered buttons and side pockets). I am 5'6" and 150 #, 38C and the size 10 fits like a dream. I bought an orange/red cardigan from Target and wore the dress with some brown slip-ons and got so many compliments. Wore it to an outdoor wedding and a baby shower and a first date, very versatile.

Worth all the hype!
I'm glad I gave this dress a second look.....I remember when this first came out and I was hesitant as to whether or not I could pull off a "bicycle" pattern, but lo and behold, this dress is gorgeous. It fits like a dream, and is very flattering.

Late to the party for this keeper
I resisted this dress. It seemed too "precious" and "sweet" so I turned my back on it each time I encountered it.
The second time I saw it on the clearance rack (there was something wrong with it so it was marked down), I tried it even though it was an 8 because it was right in front of me for the second time in as many weeks.
LOVE THIS DRESS. The 8 was far too big but it was enough of a taste for me to see why there are so many glowing reviews here. The 6 was big also and the store didn't have a 4 and neither did three other stores.
I'm going to order it next time I'm in a store because this dress is absolutely darling. The print on your body isn't too "precious' or "sweet" it's sporty and flirty and whimsical. I LOVE the volume this dress has. The bodice emphasizes my waist, which is the smallest part of me and the bottom is flattering and makes feel as if I'm in an I Love Lucy repeat.
So yes, I'm late to the party for this dress so I'll give a cyber hands-on-the-back push to anyone resisting it the way I did: try it on - you're going to love it.
