Rated 5 out of 5 by Fashionably functional I broke down and ordered it at full price. I love it and am so glad i made this purchase. It is like a piece of artwork that I can wrap up in every night. The quality of the craftsmanship superb. Although made from linen with a delicate crewel work design, it seems durable. April 14, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Mixed review I waited a week to review. This artwork on this duvet cover is *stunning*! The color is actually grey and the color of the design are gorgeous. However, the material is linen. Linen is not very soft. It came feeling very rough so I washed it inside out on gentle and cold water with lots of fabric softener. It came out a bit softer but a bit of the design leaked on another part. It's also not extremely soft so I use a sheet underneath it. Here is why it lost you may know linen wrinkles terribly and it just looks so wrinkled considering when I sleep with it it gets crinkled up I don't know how I'm supposed to keep it looking unwrinkled and have my bed look neat when it's made. I wish it was a different fabric because it an absolutely beautiful duvet cover. January 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Breathtaking. But, is it really machine washable? This product is truly a work of art, with intricate attention to detail and a perfect amount of textural contrast. You can design your entire room around it. However, its functionality was what sold me: I'm a pet owner, and I can't justify spending this amount of money on something that's not durable or machine washable. Its web description states that it is, indeed, machine washable, but I'm a bit skeptical given the linen and silk edging. Have any other customers attempted to wash this product yet? January 10, 2013
