So I bought a few of these the other day because they're cute and just the right size....
But I'm concerned! They're made in Portugal which means they aren't under CA's Prop 65 standards. I asked a few sales people if they knew anything about whether or not these bowls are lead-safe or lead-free but didn't get any answers. Many of anthropologie's hardware, kitchenware accessories etc. contains lead (usually indicated by very small signs) and I'm worried this may be another product that does and was not properly labeled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by riaa I think these bowls are a great buy
I bought 2 sets of these in Lilac because this purple-grey color is my favorite and you don't see it too much.
The quality of these bowls is very good, they are thick and sturdy. I don't think they'll be chipping or breaking anytime soon. Like a previous poster said, they're great for cereal - cornflakes look especially pretty against the lilac color! we also love them for very hot drinks (which cool quickly in these.)
anthro did a good job with eco-friendly packing too, all 4 bowls safely nestled in 1 small box.

Love these! Got them in the seafoam, and only wish they were as turquoise-y as they appear on the website. They are more green than blue. Still, they are an excellent size for ice-cream or cereal, and I will use them to compliment my turquoise Fiestaware. Made in Portugal, not China, which is a huge plus.
