To reinforce what others have stated: the dress fits TTS, is more of a trapeze style, is on the short side (and I'm 5/3") and is constructed with soft, flowy material. What no one mentioned is the flowers sown on the dress. They are not embroidered, as someone else mentioned, but flowers cut out of the same material and sown all over the front of the dress. When you walk, they all sort of flutter. In fact, I was asked more than once if they were butterflies. I looooove that about this dress. It's what makes it stand above the average sun dress, plus it really adds a feminine feel to it. The colors are also fantastic: orange, turquoise, off white. Looks cute with a cardigan too.
I believe it fits TTS; however, I don't think it would fall right on bustier women. I think it might give that maternity wear kind of vibe.

I usally don't buy at full price but this one I didn't want to wait on...just because I wanted to wear it right away...
The fit is TTS, it's supposed to be loose and flowy. I went with my regular size 4. i have another one of these dresses in cobalt blue and polka dots and love it, but this one is different enough for me to justify having. It's actually very different - the floral print and the cutout flowers fluttering on the front - beautiful!
I JUST WISH THEY COULD MAKE THIS DRESS IN TALL -PLEASE, ANTHRO!!!! it comes in petite version but in fact the dress is cut very petite in regular sizes... it's very short, and i'm 5'9" so no bending around for me in this... I wore this dress already twice - once with a Pam Hiran wooden necklace, flowy and boho, and once belted with the straw belt with a buckle (both are sold in the stores right now) and a beige metallic slip underneath (i need to add something longer underneath when i wore it belted and it actually looked great).
Loving this dress

This is a beautiful piece- great for a casual to dressy summer night out. I was nervous about the fit as a shift dress because I am small and petite, but do not feel that the dress material overwhelms me at all. However, this dress did make me realize that I need to start toning up my arms - for some reason the fit on top definitely exposes the full arm, but can easily be hidden with a cardigan if that is an issue. I wanted the dress to be a little bit longer on me, so I got a 0 regular (I usually shop petite) and was pleased with the length. The texture and detail on this dress is wonderful - definitely worth the splurge if you are looking for a great summer piece!
