I loved this sweater since I first saw it in the store and finally broke down and bought it. It is a beautiful color and the fabric is soft and kind of spongey, like boucle. My only complaints with this sweater is that due to the pointelle type of detail on the front, it looks best with a dark colored cami underneath- otherwise the contrast of light skin or a light colored cami shows up through the holes in the sweater and it looks bizarre, like it's linty or something. If you have darker skin or wear a dark colored bra you may be able to get away with nothing underneath, but it didn't work for me. I also needed to size up to a M from my usual XS in order to get the flare at the bottom to hit in the right spot (not too high) so that it was flattering and enabled me to wear it with leggings. The shoulders a re a little loose now, but its not noticeable and the length is much better this way.

This sweater is a gorgeous teal color with a soft mesh overlay that swims behind you like a mermaid tail. I'm petite (5' 1"), but tried the regular size on in-store and bought it. The regular size makes for a great tunic length sweater. I already received several compliments on the sweater!

This sweater is just gorgeous, I'm head over heels in love with it. It's so soft and fluffy. The cutout in the back is so pretty and even kind of subtly sexy for a sweater, lol. If you're not one for the exposed back look, this would also be gorgeous layered over a top or dress. The colors are so pretty and true to how they look in the pictures. I actually bought both colors and I love both of them. If there are any negatives I would say that it is somewhat delicate and the material is a little thin but not cheap looking. Personally, I don't tend to wear bulky sweaters well, so this is a good fabric thickness for me. I would say sizing is for the most part true to size; however, you need to choose the size according to your upper body. I'm generally an xsp but relative to my size, I'm bigger up top: shoulders are broader, arms are muscular and I'm a 32c so a small petite was definitely the best size. I would say buy your true size if you are narrow-average in the shoulders, have thin arms and your chest measurement is small-average relative to your clothing size. If you're not all 3 of those things I just listed, or you plan to layer, go with your larger top size. I think with layering it will only work with smoother type tops and dresses because to much detail or bunchiness of any kind will show through the sweater. Overall I say this sweater is beautiful and recommended.
This pullover sold out within a few days of its first appearance. On anthro day, all the xs and s sizes were sold out online, and within two days all sizes were sold out online. I had to call cs to locate a lingering xs to get mine (I received mine from anthro at Boston within 48 hours of placing a charge send so that's excellent service!!!) Anyway, this pullover is super soft and has a nice casual, but romantic feel to it. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures based on the fit and color. I normally take xsp, but the xs fits me fine (the elbows line up with the lace elbow pads and the sweater portion ends above my hips),
Anyway, I knocked down a star because I'm annoyed it sold out so quickly, it came in only one color, and that it's a little pricey for a thin sweater. However, since it's beautiful and easy to pair with, I'm sure I will get a lot of use out of it come fall so I can justify the price.
Please bring this beauty back in royal blue, light pink, and moss green! Or just bring it back!

Very Pretty & Comfy!
I ordered this sweater immediately after seeing it online. I ordered it in black and gray. They just came today and I absolutely love the black one. The lace on the gray sweater is too yellow for me. It is not a light ivory lace as shown. So, I may exchange the gray one for the plum color. I can't wait to wear this sweater, it is beautiful and the black lace gives it a feminine feel. I ordered the Xl because I am a 36D. It fits perfect.

I Love this Sweater! I bought in Black, size M (I'm 5'6 155 pounds). It's nice and soft and nips in at the waist. The lace flares out at the back and is a really cute detail! Wear it with pants in a different color to see the lace at the bottom.
I just received this cardigan and I was seriously blown away, it is absolutely stunning! The design and quality are top-notch, really, really beautiful. Since this is a O/S fit, the cardigan fits nicely, not too big or small -- I usually wear an XS and thought it might be too big, this was not an issue at all.
I can definitely say this is one of the top items that I have purchased from Anthropologie and I buy a lot! Thanks Anthro, I hope to see more items like this in the future.

I never would have looked twice at this on the website, but the sales girl was wearing it when I went in today and I told her how amazing it looked on her. She was very petite BTW. She went and got me one to try and although I had no intention of spending $200 on a sweater this day I really had no choice in the matter. It is my best year end purchase (and there were a few). Don't pass on this!

My daughter tried this on in the store and the photos don't do it justice. This is one of those pieces that will get you noticed. Black and beige colors. The design on the back is spectacular. The shorter sleeve is a plus especially for me in a warmer climate. It's a artful cardigan. Structure and fibers were sturdy. A piece of art to wear.
I LOVE it! As the previous reviewer said, this is much nicer in person. The pictures do not do it justice. They picked a size that is too large for the model, because it does not look like a potato sack in person. The fit is wonderful. This cuts in at the waist, so, if you are an hourglass figure like me, you will still have a shape. The nice thing is that it has give in the front, so the sweater is not stuck to your tummy. It flares out. This is a very figure-flattering sweater. I normally do not like cowl neck sweaters or fringe, but I love this sweater! I picked my usual xs, and it was perfect. For reference, I am 34DD (38, 29, 38).

The picture does NOT do this justice!!! Fits so beautifully and shows shape to your body! The models is wearing a size WAY to large for her. This is the best sweater I have ever found and although I live in war TX, I had to buy this! There was so much on sale and I had to choose this at full price because I couldnt walk away from it!

10x better than expected
This was cute in the photo and 10x cuter in person. My only regret? It's not for me. But she will be SO happy. That Santa-he's got great taste!
I am tall and slender with a long torso so this pullover tunic/sweater works out perfectly for me. I purchased it in the oxford (darker) color and couldn't be happier. This sweater is bulky & large but hangs well. It can be dressed up or down. If you don't like big collars or chunky sweaters then you probably won't like this. It has a huge collar which can be worn on or off the shoulders. It's very versatile.

Gorgeous and beautifully made, but not for me
This sweater caught my eye in the store because it has a beautiful chunky knit with a statement worthy collar. I tried on the XS which is my typical size in sweaters and the sweater fit well. The upper part of the sweater is flattering. It is roomy but not oversized. The length of the sweater is as shown. The bottom of the sweater proved to be the difficult area as it tapers a bit toward the hips/bottom seam. Due to the taper of the sweater, the stomach area gave the appearance of a belly bulge which I do not have. The backside looked all right and did not add extra bulk but the slight bulge in the front was not flattering so this one did not go home with me.
I don't normally wear purple, but I'm so glad that I ordered this sweater! It is gorgeous! The stitching is really unique, I think because the two colors of wool used. The purple is not harsh, but beautiful lavender color. It varies as well in the stitch from being slightly darker to lighter. The sweater is soft - I love alpaca wool, it is so soft and slightly fluffy, but not itchy in the slightest. I'm about 5'5", 135 pounds and I ordered an XS and it fits really well. It hits just by my rear and isn't too snug over all.
This cardigan is really lovely. The color is just as vibrant as it is on line. The design is beautiful cause it's so subtle. The shape is really flattering. It's a very thin sweater, but is perfect for work or for a casual evening out, depending what you wear it with. It almost runs a bit small, but I'd still classify it as TTS.
