I've had this quilt in white for two years now. It really is incredible. Soft, heavy, and feels like you're sleeping inside an angel's intestines. Totally worth the price. I wanted to write a review because I was so nervous to wash this, I held off for a full year. The tag says 'dry clean only' but when I finally took it to the dry cleaners, they were apprehensive and refused.
I've washed it three times since then though- I take it to the laundromat and use the largest front-loading washer on "delicate"/warm. Then I dry it in the large dryers on permanent press and it comes out totally fine. The matting doesn't clump, the threads don't rip, and it actually comes out looking nicer since it fluffs up all the ruffles. I use a lint roller in between washings and make sure not to sit on it with dark jeans etc.
Splurge! An artistically crafted bed is so worth it.

beautiful and SO soft
This is the softest quilt I've ever owned. I have always had a duvet because I get really cold at night, but this quilt is so warm that you really don't need anything else. It is also sooooo soft. I don't even have words to describe how cozy it is to snuggle up into it every night. I bought the king size even though I have a queen size bed, so that it would lay over the sides of the bed more (I always think that looks nicer). I haven't washed it yet but since it's just cotton I plan to machine wash even though the tag says dry clean. The ruffles are beautiful and while it's a bit feminine, my husband still likes it since it's so functional (warm & soft) :)
I ordered the Ivory and the Neutral and ended up keeping the Ivory. The Neutral ended up being a lot more tan than I expected, and the Ivory was already off-white enough that it matched my other decor.

Total happiness everytime I look at my bed!!
I kept waiting to order this quilt. I thought .. Wow so pricey, but so worth it. Now I have the euro shams and the quilt! Omg! It looks like an heirloom, quite honestly. You will never find this look in any other stores, no way! I looked around quite a lot for bedding. I didn't want the stamped out bedding you find in every store.
Don't hesitate .. It quite simply.. Stunning!
I shop quite often with anthro, but the quilts and shams seem to be the biggest problem! The wildfield quilt was a disaster, and after four returns right out of the box, i went for this quilt. It's beautiful, comfortable, and not the issues of the wildfield. However, it gets small holes from the stitch knots, and upon dry clean, the thin first lsyer fabric not only dulls drastically in color (almost to the effect of sunbleach!) But those small holes effect the inside cotton and it bunches up, becoming unusable. Anthro bedding is so gorgeoys and expensive, but after my seventh quilt, and numerous $50 dry cleans, with issues, I'm at a loss and brokenhearted. I saw reviews where people washed on their own and tried it with a euro sham... i let it hang dry... it looks like large gootballs sticking out of the pillow and watee stain at the bottom from hanging. I love the bedding, but its becoming next to impossible to clean, in any matter!

Great warm weather comforter
Love everything about this quilt! The quality is great, the colors and pattern are amazing, the cotton is super soft and the best part is that it's light, but still cozy.
I've never bought sheets at anthro before since the reviews often say that they're scratchy. These sheets aren't scratchy at all. The Egyptian cotton makes them very soft and the 300 thread count makes them a nice summer weight (compared to my 800 thread count sheets that were just too heavy for SoCal summers. I bought them in mint, and I'd say the color is pretty true to the website (though slightly more vibrant as seems to be standard with anthro photos). I was nervous about the embroidery holding up but I've washed them at least 5 times in a top-loading machine and they've been ok. There's been 1 or two spots where the embroidery looks iffy but they've stayed the same after each wash.
Underneath the embroidered layer is the typical double folded 3-4 inch edge you'll find on any sheet, this might be a problem if you were looking for an accent over a solid comforter as it only extends to the base of the scalloped edge. The pillows have an envelope closure which is a nice and unexpected touch.
The only thing I'd say that's negative is that the color of the sheets themselves was more of a an off-white. I also have the cirrus bedskirt in white and the sheets are definitely darker.
If only they also came in a pink embroidery!

expensive but nice
I bought these to replace some old sheets that weren't deep enough for my mattress (since I just put a 2" foam topper on it). These are perfect. They fit the new taller mattress height perfectly. I really like that they are 100% cotton, that made them nice and smooth and soft. Also, machine washable! I have already washed them and it made them even softer, actually. My only complaint is that the embroidery part is a little bit stiff, so you don't want to sleep on that part of the pillow -- but that part kind of hangs off the end of the pillow anyway, so you don't really notice it. Also, it will probably . Love that the pillowcases have the extra folding pocket part on top that covers the pillow totally, so that you don't see that hint of uncovered pillow at one end (which I hate!) I bought the grey color which is exactly as pictured.
All in all a good purchase, although they are pretty expensive. I like the Antiqued Lace sheets a bit better (the embroidery is softer and they are prettier in my opinion), if you have to choose one.
Note that because they are 100% cotton they will have an odor when you first open the package -- it will go away after a day or so.
This quilt is lovely! I have been looking for new bedding for quite some time. I debated making this purchase because the price is so high. When I saw the Mother’s Day sale, I had to purchase it. I am very glad that I did! The colors are great. I combined it with indigo sheets/pillows and a teal blanket that I already had. This quilt is very soft. I ordered the full quilt for my full size bed, and it is large. The quilt hits the ground, which is good because usually bedding seems to be too short. My only concern is the stitching does seem to be coming loose in a few places. I recommend this quilt to others looking for unique and beautiful bedding.

Beautiful and soft
This is a beautiful soft quilt exactly as pictured. I love the color combo. I have a Queen bed and while it seemed a little long when I initially put it on my bed, after one wash it is the perfect size. I hope it does not continue to shrink though. I did not realize the shams came in a pair so I ordered 2 and now have 4. It will be an easy return to the store. I like how the two shams are not identical. My bed looks like a water color painting!

i purchased the quilt and the shams. They are really beautiful, the pictures are a pretty accurate representation of the colors, i would say it's even prettier in person. the fabric is an extremely soft washed cotton, soft and comfortable but still feels like it will hold up well under wash and use. for the record, i washed it prior to putting on the bed. it is HUGE in measurement compared to other queen sized quilts but it does shrink a bit with the wash, becomes a bit more--quilt like?-- but is still very generously sized.
the only reason i don't give it 5 stars across the board--there are a couple of areas where the quilt batting inside isn't as thick as other areas. and one spot where the batting isn't present at all. it's not enough to make me send it back, but for the price paid i expected it to be consistent everywhere. also, i think that the price of the shams (which you have to purchase separately) is rather high, when coupled with the price of the quilt.
overall, i think it's gorgeous, i love the colors and the feel of the fabric and the weight of it is just what i wanted. it's a very unique pattern (anthropology is pretty unmatched in this regard i think) and i love how it makes my room come together.
I ordered this pillow in the blue colorway. The colors are so gorgeous that I think even Henri Matisse would have approved. ;) They're pretty accurately represented in the product photos, except they are a tad more saturated.
The pillow itself is quite comfy, and not too stiff (like lots of throw pillows are). The fabric has linen in it, which makes it feel sturdy. There is also a zipper at the bottom so you can remove the cover and clean it. Overall, the pillow is a good size... it's a bit larger than I expected.
I definitely recommend this, at least in the blue colorway. It's one of my favorite Anthro purchases to date.
I received one as a gift for my birthday and i absolutely LOVE it!! It is perfect for wrapping up in or adding the perfect touch at the edge of my bed. I plan to give these as gifts for Christmas this year. (also I should note that I have washed mine on the delicate cycle and dried on low and it got even softer! aka cozier)

Love this throw.
We registered for one of these blankets for our wedding and LOVE it. It's perfect for nights on the couch. Not too large or too heavy, but still cozy. The pattern we received was beautiful, and because no two are alike, I'm back to purchase a second. Definitely recommend this.
