This is the kind of sweater I used to find at Anthro years ago! It's why I fell in love with the store in the first place. I love that you can just throw on this piece and feel like you've got an outfit. The fit was TTS for me. I'm usually a 14-16 top (38D) and the large fit me well, the XL fit with room, but I think a looser fit detracts from the cut. This is a nice cut for curvy women, though below the cowl collar, there are only hook and eye fasteners, not snaps. I plan on taking mine to the tailor to get a more secure fastener at the bosom, but otherwise it's a perfect sweater.

Unique, but ...
Just received this in the mail; I got the M -- for reference, I'm 5'3", 125. I regularly wear M in tops at Anthro. I would say it fits a little bit loose, but not loose enough to go down a size. It's a jacket, so I didn't want it to be form fitting. I love all the unique details -- the cut/shape/silhouette, hem. BUT: It's not lined, it's a thin boiled wool and frankly, I'm not sure if it's worth the cost. It's called a "jacket," but it feel more like a light-to-medium weight sweater. It's also impossible to get the neckline to look like it does on the model -- the snaps around the neck make no sense at all. It took me 15 minutes to get it to look somewhat like it does online. Sleeves are a little long, but not a dealbreaker. Still not sure if I'm going to keep it.

This one's a hit...
I got this sweater through the sweater sale as well, and am totally pleased. The fit is flattering and is just the right length. As someone else mentioned, the collar is tricky. So far, both with the open collar or snapped with the 2 corners together, it looks great. The weight of this boiled wool is just right- it's still a warm piece (with just a tee) and will work with layering, as I prefer. Can't wait to wear it!
I bought this in the blue in a size XL and it fits me as shown in the photos on the model. This is even prettier in person. I liked the blue looking at it online and took a chance by ordering it. It is the most gorgeous shade! It's sort of a teal/dark turquoise/royal mix. It's perfect for fall and will be really helpful to cheer me up when the colder, drearier winter weather hits.
Everything about this cardigan is worth the price (and this was a splurge for me). It's soft, comfortable, unique and full of fun details. I love the Swiss dot material with the frayed edges and the little pom-poms scattered throughout. I was worried the front flaps might not be flattering for my pear-shape but somehow it flows nicely on me. I can't say enough good things about this. It's difficult to find beautiful, feminine, well-made pieces in my current XL size so this is one I'm grateful to have!

Beautiful, soft and versatile sweater
This sweater is beautiful, soft and versatile. I got the dark purple is the color is absolutely gorgeous and I can wear it with many different things. The sweater is fairly lightweight, but not sheer and love the ruffle detailing at the bottom. Fits true to size. A great addition to any wardrobe!

Beautiful Sweater, but . . . . . .
This sweater is beautiful. It is lightweight so don't expect it to give much warmth. It would be best suited to early fall or spring. I purchased the pink color, but in person it has a marled look and it is more of a pinkish beige. I am 5' 3" and 130 lbs. and purchased the medium and it fits perfectly and has a relaxed fit, i.e. it is not body hugging. The "but" comes with the ruffle on the bottom of the sweater. Why on earth would someone sew a sheer very ravelly fabric on the bottom of a sweater without hemming the bottom. I washed this by hand before even wearing it (still not realizing that the ruffle wasn't hemmed) because I wash everything I purchase before wearing it to get all the chemical and dye smells out of the fabric before putting it on my body, I glanced at the ruffle while lying the sweater flat to dry and I could immediately tell that the ruffle was going to be trouble as it had already unraveled a bit after just one washing.I sew my own clothes when there is something I really want, but can't find retail, so I know how hard it can be to sew a "nearly invisible" hem on a sheer fabric, but I don't expect to pay this much for a sweater that has a ruffle on it that will surely unravel in a short amount of time! As delicate as this sweater is I don't think an unraveled ruffle on the bottom of it would add to it's looks, in fact quite the contrary. Ugh!
Pretty, nice thin sweater. Color pictured here is different from live version, which is more like a teal ( more green than the image above), but it is lovely. Nice to wear over a vegan leather legging or nicer looking legging. The tail is sheer but classy and elegant. Typical anthro elegance!

This sweater is just gorgeous, I'm head over heels in love with it. It's so soft and fluffy. The cutout in the back is so pretty and even kind of subtly sexy for a sweater, lol. If you're not one for the exposed back look, this would also be gorgeous layered over a top or dress. The colors are so pretty and true to how they look in the pictures. I actually bought both colors and I love both of them. If there are any negatives I would say that it is somewhat delicate and the material is a little thin but not cheap looking. Personally, I don't tend to wear bulky sweaters well, so this is a good fabric thickness for me. I would say sizing is for the most part true to size; however, you need to choose the size according to your upper body. I'm generally an xsp but relative to my size, I'm bigger up top: shoulders are broader, arms are muscular and I'm a 32c so a small petite was definitely the best size. I would say buy your true size if you are narrow-average in the shoulders, have thin arms and your chest measurement is small-average relative to your clothing size. If you're not all 3 of those things I just listed, or you plan to layer, go with your larger top size. I think with layering it will only work with smoother type tops and dresses because to much detail or bunchiness of any kind will show through the sweater. Overall I say this sweater is beautiful and recommended.

Soft and romantic
This is a beautiful sweater. The sweater fabric is soft and cozy, and has a good amount of stretch. The teal blue color is rich and stunning. The fit is true to size, as my normal XS fit well. There is a good deal of stretch as well. Even though this is a beautiful pullover and I would highly recommend it, the style isn't great for me. I'm petite and slightly more pear shaped, so the flare at the bottom just wasn't that flattering. The open sheer back is pretty, but wasn't flattering on my figure. I also found that it was drafty. and in reality when it is cold and I want to wear a cozy sweater I just won't want the small of my back to be exposed. It just isn't practical for me, but I'm sure this would be stunning on more adventurous fashionistas
I tried this on in-store and on the hanger absolutely loved it. I tried on the black which is not a "jet black" - more like a very very dark charcoal gray (almost black). The stitch detailing is gorgeous and the neckline is very flattering, and it feels really nice (lightweight) on. However - this whole "short hem in front/long hem in back" trend is just not something I am a fan of. It is too long in the back when compared with the front length. And the front is just way too short. I tried on a Medium initially and it fit beautifully everywhere (except for being too short) and then sized up to a Large hoping that it would help with the length issue; it looked a little better but was a little too big everywhere else.
I have an hourglass figure and only 5'2" - I am guessing that this would look better on someone with narrower hips, and taller.
Very disappointed as this sweater is like 95% perfect, but that remaining 5% falls way too short (no pun intended ;)

This sweater is so soft! Beautiful autumnal orange color and love the textural elements. The short-long hem gives it an edginess. It is just barely long enough in front to avoid being over-cropped in my opinion.

Easy to wear
This sweater is very nice quality for the price. It is a little short in the front which could be a problem for bustier women, but it is still cute. Great color year round and light enough to layer. I wouldn't recommend sizing up, because the sleeves look best fitted.
I just received this cardigan and I was seriously blown away, it is absolutely stunning! The design and quality are top-notch, really, really beautiful. Since this is a O/S fit, the cardigan fits nicely, not too big or small -- I usually wear an XS and thought it might be too big, this was not an issue at all.
I can definitely say this is one of the top items that I have purchased from Anthropologie and I buy a lot! Thanks Anthro, I hope to see more items like this in the future.

My daughter tried this on in the store and the photos don't do it justice. This is one of those pieces that will get you noticed. Black and beige colors. The design on the back is spectacular. The shorter sleeve is a plus especially for me in a warmer climate. It's a artful cardigan. Structure and fibers were sturdy. A piece of art to wear.
