I just today received this stunning sweater and am so pleased with its design, fit and quality! It hangs exactly as pictured on the model and it is soft and warm. I ordered this in the neutral, size Large. I was a wee bit concerned that the Large might be too big as I tend to run in between a medium and large in Anthropologie offerings. Given my preference for layering however, this sweater affords a roomy enough fit without appearing over sized or too large! I was also extremely happy to find that the sweater looks fabulous whether hanging open OR buttoned up at the collar. Both looks are lovely and I adore the Sherpa collar. This sweater is MADE to look good with hats and I intend to get a lot of mileage out of wearing it with my wide array of hats and scarves!

Love love love!
It was love at first sight with this cardigan! I typically wear a size XS-S but bought a M in this to be extra cozy. I'm also pregnant and after a long search for a maternity coat, I gave up and am HAPPILY loving this cardigan instead. Since it doesn't button all the way down, it will grow with me. Perfect for Dallas, TX winters. Can't wait to wear it not pregnant too!

I'm in love with this sweater, I've worn it every since day since I purchased it. I purchased a Medium. It's a little large in the body but the sleeve length is perfect (which is what I was going for). I will say it pills really easily and sheds on whatever i'm wearing underneath but I honestly don't care because of how comfortable and warm it is.
I've been looking for an off-white sweater to wear this fall and throughout the winter, trying to find one that's the perfect balance of warm but not heavy/bulky, comfortable and stylish. This sweater was perfect. From the moment I tried it on I loved how it fell softly, without any itchiness or scratchiness. I got an XL instead of a L because I was worried about tighter arms, and I'm glad I did. I can still layer light pieces under it, but the arms are indeed on the smaller side. That being said, I adore the sweater, and can see myself wearing it with just about anything. I'm a little worried about snagging, since it's an investment piece, but I love it and am definitely hanging onto it. I recommend giving it a try!

a great layering piece with subtle detail
This comfortable cardigan goes with everything! I haven't been able to stop throwing it over outfits since i bought it last week. I've received many compliments. I got the plum color and the multicolored yarn woven at the bottom is very intriquing and tasteful. One thing though, if you don't want this to be a little tight in the arms order a size up from what you normally would for a cardigan. I am very thin, 5'7/117lbs. I usually wear an xs in form fitting tops/dresses and i like a small in layering pieces such as this but was surprised that the small was so tight in the arms. Ended up buying a medium. It looks way more relaxed than the small and feels more comfortable as well! Highly recommend this cardi though!

I purchased the plum colorway, with with its autumn-hued fringe goes so beautifully with other colors. It is more snug in the arms than other Moth cardigans, so I preferred to size up.. but it still drapes beautifully and does not add volume.. Looks gorgeous over a tank dress.. I have been wearing it over the brushed lace dress and it is one of my all-time favorite outfits. Not too thick, but warm and well-made.. and no itch factor at all(and I am sensitive). The comfort factor I liken to a favorite blanket, but does not look like you are wearing one, just feels that comfortable and enveloping, lol. Looks great open or belted... If you need a great fall sweater, I highly recommend this one!
This is the kind of sweater I used to find at Anthro years ago! It's why I fell in love with the store in the first place. I love that you can just throw on this piece and feel like you've got an outfit. The fit was TTS for me. I'm usually a 14-16 top (38D) and the large fit me well, the XL fit with room, but I think a looser fit detracts from the cut. This is a nice cut for curvy women, though below the cowl collar, there are only hook and eye fasteners, not snaps. I plan on taking mine to the tailor to get a more secure fastener at the bosom, but otherwise it's a perfect sweater.

Very Flattering Fit
I walked by this jacket in the store.......or I should say, I tried to walk by it! It looked great on the hangar and when I tried it on, I couldn't believe how slimming the hemline was. There are several snaps around the collar that can be done in different ways to create different looks. It can be worn on it's own as a shirt, or as a jacket over a tee, tank or collared shirt. And the boiled wool is super soft.

Not ideal for my frame
Bought this during the sweater sale event and wanted to like it, but it fit much differently on me than was pictured on the model. I ordered the XSP as I am 5'2" with smallish shoulders. Maybe it is my build, but this cardi had a very awkward collar. Didn't seem to form a cowl when clasped/buttoned, but worn open it flapped awkwardly over my shoulders, kind of making me look broad shouldered. Maybe I should have sized up. Also, the bottom looks very much like a peplum when worn closed. Otherwise, the quality is good and it looks great online, so I guess I recommend this with reservations. Maybe others will have a different experience. I will be returning this as I hoped it would be an easy, throw-it-on piece and I don't want to fuss with the collar every time I put it on.
I bought this in the blue in a size XL and it fits me as shown in the photos on the model. This is even prettier in person. I liked the blue looking at it online and took a chance by ordering it. It is the most gorgeous shade! It's sort of a teal/dark turquoise/royal mix. It's perfect for fall and will be really helpful to cheer me up when the colder, drearier winter weather hits.
Everything about this cardigan is worth the price (and this was a splurge for me). It's soft, comfortable, unique and full of fun details. I love the Swiss dot material with the frayed edges and the little pom-poms scattered throughout. I was worried the front flaps might not be flattering for my pear-shape but somehow it flows nicely on me. I can't say enough good things about this. It's difficult to find beautiful, feminine, well-made pieces in my current XL size so this is one I'm grateful to have!

Beautiful, soft and versatile sweater
This sweater is beautiful, soft and versatile. I got the dark purple is the color is absolutely gorgeous and I can wear it with many different things. The sweater is fairly lightweight, but not sheer and love the ruffle detailing at the bottom. Fits true to size. A great addition to any wardrobe!

Beautiful Sweater, but . . . . . .
This sweater is beautiful. It is lightweight so don't expect it to give much warmth. It would be best suited to early fall or spring. I purchased the pink color, but in person it has a marled look and it is more of a pinkish beige. I am 5' 3" and 130 lbs. and purchased the medium and it fits perfectly and has a relaxed fit, i.e. it is not body hugging. The "but" comes with the ruffle on the bottom of the sweater. Why on earth would someone sew a sheer very ravelly fabric on the bottom of a sweater without hemming the bottom. I washed this by hand before even wearing it (still not realizing that the ruffle wasn't hemmed) because I wash everything I purchase before wearing it to get all the chemical and dye smells out of the fabric before putting it on my body, I glanced at the ruffle while lying the sweater flat to dry and I could immediately tell that the ruffle was going to be trouble as it had already unraveled a bit after just one washing.I sew my own clothes when there is something I really want, but can't find retail, so I know how hard it can be to sew a "nearly invisible" hem on a sheer fabric, but I don't expect to pay this much for a sweater that has a ruffle on it that will surely unravel in a short amount of time! As delicate as this sweater is I don't think an unraveled ruffle on the bottom of it would add to it's looks, in fact quite the contrary. Ugh!
Could the collar have been half the size? Maybe, but it looks great just the way it is. I am not a big fan of shawl collars, and neither is my mom, but we both really liked this sweater jacket. I purchased the grey, and it is stunning. The contrast of the black trim with the grey is beautiful. I didn't like the beige. It has a pinkish hue, and if you are pale like me, you will not like it either. The fit is perfect. For the reviewer who mentioned it needing a closure in front, just go to a fabric store, buy a hook and eye closure and sew it on. That will solve the problem! I highly recommend this sweater jacket.

Lovely and unique.
This is one of my favorite pieces this fall. It's very well made, the fit is perfect for my frame, and it lays beautifully. I know other reviewers weren't crazy about the thick collar, but I think that's what sets this apart from other sweaters/jackets. I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Quality, but a few design flaws
In my opinion, there are a few design flaws on this, mainly the shawl collar is humongous!!! Half of that would've been sufficient. If you like that kind of thing, you may not mind it. And there is no closure, so everything just hangs. The quality is great, I loved the sweater-type sleeves and the soutache trim makes it so lovely. I ordered a small (34C, 127#, 5'5") and it was a little big and if I loved everything about it, I would've tried an XS. Color is as shown on photo and length was good for me. May be a bit itchy as expected for boiled wool. But overall it felt soft and cozy.
Pretty, nice thin sweater. Color pictured here is different from live version, which is more like a teal ( more green than the image above), but it is lovely. Nice to wear over a vegan leather legging or nicer looking legging. The tail is sheer but classy and elegant. Typical anthro elegance!

This sweater is just gorgeous, I'm head over heels in love with it. It's so soft and fluffy. The cutout in the back is so pretty and even kind of subtly sexy for a sweater, lol. If you're not one for the exposed back look, this would also be gorgeous layered over a top or dress. The colors are so pretty and true to how they look in the pictures. I actually bought both colors and I love both of them. If there are any negatives I would say that it is somewhat delicate and the material is a little thin but not cheap looking. Personally, I don't tend to wear bulky sweaters well, so this is a good fabric thickness for me. I would say sizing is for the most part true to size; however, you need to choose the size according to your upper body. I'm generally an xsp but relative to my size, I'm bigger up top: shoulders are broader, arms are muscular and I'm a 32c so a small petite was definitely the best size. I would say buy your true size if you are narrow-average in the shoulders, have thin arms and your chest measurement is small-average relative to your clothing size. If you're not all 3 of those things I just listed, or you plan to layer, go with your larger top size. I think with layering it will only work with smoother type tops and dresses because to much detail or bunchiness of any kind will show through the sweater. Overall I say this sweater is beautiful and recommended.

Soft and romantic
This is a beautiful sweater. The sweater fabric is soft and cozy, and has a good amount of stretch. The teal blue color is rich and stunning. The fit is true to size, as my normal XS fit well. There is a good deal of stretch as well. Even though this is a beautiful pullover and I would highly recommend it, the style isn't great for me. I'm petite and slightly more pear shaped, so the flare at the bottom just wasn't that flattering. The open sheer back is pretty, but wasn't flattering on my figure. I also found that it was drafty. and in reality when it is cold and I want to wear a cozy sweater I just won't want the small of my back to be exposed. It just isn't practical for me, but I'm sure this would be stunning on more adventurous fashionistas
I tried this on in-store and on the hanger absolutely loved it. I tried on the black which is not a "jet black" - more like a very very dark charcoal gray (almost black). The stitch detailing is gorgeous and the neckline is very flattering, and it feels really nice (lightweight) on. However - this whole "short hem in front/long hem in back" trend is just not something I am a fan of. It is too long in the back when compared with the front length. And the front is just way too short. I tried on a Medium initially and it fit beautifully everywhere (except for being too short) and then sized up to a Large hoping that it would help with the length issue; it looked a little better but was a little too big everywhere else.
I have an hourglass figure and only 5'2" - I am guessing that this would look better on someone with narrower hips, and taller.
Very disappointed as this sweater is like 95% perfect, but that remaining 5% falls way too short (no pun intended ;)

This sweater is so soft! Beautiful autumnal orange color and love the textural elements. The short-long hem gives it an edginess. It is just barely long enough in front to avoid being over-cropped in my opinion.

Easy to wear
This sweater is very nice quality for the price. It is a little short in the front which could be a problem for bustier women, but it is still cute. Great color year round and light enough to layer. I wouldn't recommend sizing up, because the sleeves look best fitted.
